First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

How to make multi panels
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard âŹïž âŹïž
Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.
Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

If it's not deleting after you click delete, it's probably because the bot lacks permissions to delete channels, or you have storage mode enabled.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

The bot is missing the Send Messages permission in that channel. Check you channel perms (especially if you have the @everyone role set to â Send Messages)

Transcripts are saved at the time that they are generated. If your server is terminated, as long as you have the transcript link, yes, the image is still saved too. BUT, also note that the recent discord updates (a few months ago) means that new transcript links are needed to be generated every now and again, so if you dont have the ability to re-generate the link, then probably not

All transcripts are is HTML files, so you can still open that downloaded HTML file

Atm there was a term wave, i think maybe you hear about that
you shouldnt be doing things that are against discords TOS then. The usage of Ticket Tool is in line with the Discord TOS. Break the Discord TOS enough to have your server terminated, then we are not going to assist you in transfering your premium etc.
But purchasing premium via our website is fully user managed, so you can transfer your premium yourself between servers
But also, no, I have not heard about a "term wave" - all of the discord servers that I run/help have never been terminated.....
Again, I guess it comes down to breaking the Discord TOS
At this moment stores about digital article got termed, Or idk if there are a group who are doing massive report to do that

Is there a way to get Ticket Tool to show on my dashboard for a server if someone else added it to that server originally?
I'm trying to edit the settings of Ticket Tool because the other admin is busy right now and the functionality isn't working quite as planned and I can't seem to get it show up.

for the creation of the ticket its just "ticket-{count}" - when its claimed "Opened-{author.nickname?maxLength=4}-{count}" - when closed "Closed-{author.nickname?maxLength=4}-{count}" - when the ticket tool closes it automatically then its shown "closed-tick-0001" instead the claimed user
also tried {user] instead author but its showing me random 2 digit numbers
The {author} varibale displays the user/bot doing the action.
If you want to use the ticket owner, please use:
{ticket.user.name}
ticket.user.name for both claimed and closed or doesnt really matter? for example if opened is author and closed ticket.user.name?

Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled 
How to add support ticket into your discord server
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

The bot needs permissions to view the category "Support". It cannot see the category and therefore cannot place tickets there.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hello I've been trying to change a ticket tool for my server, it was previously done by a staff member but this was back in 2022
when I go onto the Ticket Tool website, I've tried deleting a panel that was created. But I get a message saying, Major config Mismatch.
I've also tried updating the panel but it asked for, Discord format, i'm not sure what this is, but i'm guessing it overrides something.

How do I open a ticket?
Oh it worked how I wanted it to work! I'm still confused on what the panel is though because the first panel I named "Ticket" and when I send it, it sends the ticket message and at the top it says "Ticket" since I named it that so I thought that the panel was that little message that says "Ticket" at the top with other text under it and with the button at the bottom but I can make another panel with a different name and connect a button under the first panel to the 2nd panel with a different name and the button that is connected to the 2nd panel with a different name is still under the first panel's message and the name of the 2nd panel won't appear anywhere. So that was confusing for me. đ

The message you sent is the Panel Message
It's weird to me because I thought panels were the same but one (the first one) can be the message with the buttons and the other one (the second one) can just be a "space" to place the 2nd button under the firstt panel message while the 2nd panel just doesn't appear anywhere or it's name at least
So it's like panels can be different things lol

If you are a server member, there is nothing you can do. If you are staff, check your create ticket button permissions. Also ensure that you are not blacklisting any roles via your server configs.
I am unsure of what you mean, as you haven't contacted us previously about server abuse. if it is a specific member abusing your ticketing system, you should tryout our blacklisting role system (see below).
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or buttons.
Go to your Dashboard â Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
This server has the maximum amount of channels allowed by Discord. If you are the server member, you will need to wait for the moderators of that server to delete tickets.

6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

The user is the guild owner. If he creates a tickets the hidden message shows #unknown. He kicked the bot and reinvited it. /debug showed all permissions.
