A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

To cancel your Ticket Tool Premium Subscription, just head over to your User Settings in Discord, then Subscriptions. Look for Premium Apps and click on Manage Subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

Hey there! Either you change the Ticket Name (premium only) or you can edit the ticket message.
For example your panel name is "Test" You can put # Test into your ticket message of that panel.
If you want to do the same for "Test v2" you can put # Test v2 into your ticket message.

يجب عليك اولاً دعوة البوت إلى سيرفرك من خلال رابط دعوة البوت، بعد ذلك يُمكنك تعديل خصائص البوت عبر لوحة التحكم.
لإنشاء لوحة يجب عليك التوجه إلى لوحة التحكم ، ثم قم بإختيار سيرفرك ، بعد ذلك توجه إلى قسم "Panel Config".
بمُجرد وصولك إلى القسم المذكور أعلاه، يجب عليك الضغط على زر "Create Panel" لإنشاء اللوحة ، ومن ثمها قُم بإدخال اسم اللوحة (يمكنك ملء اي اعدادات اختياريه تريدها).

4. Open the General options menu
5. Select your Support Team Roles
6. Save changes
The bot says it can't send the transcript to the channel because of missing permissions but I've made sure the bot has admin permissions

How can I change the name of the ticket to the user’s name
The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

yes you can, you can create 2 more panels with the name "Verify your Membership" and "Report Ticket". You can click on send on your dashboard and choose your channel.

As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Not sure you understood. I have a dropdown menu. One of the options is staff report, which only high ranks should have access to. However low ranks, such as trial moderator, should only get access when someone opens a ticket under “in-game reports”. How do I do that?

To view the ticket channels for that server, you need to click on the tag of the ticket creation channel to see that channel, and if you don't click on the channel tag, the ticket creation channel won't be visible. Can you tell me how to set this up?

Ticket Tool is not based in England. The rate of VAT/Sales Tax is added onto the standard price depending on your country/state. VAT in Germany is 19%

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

For some reason, my tickets are no longer moving to the closed category. All panels are set to the correct closed category. The bot has full permissions in the Opened, Closed, and Claimed cats.
Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
Hey there! Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category, TicketTool limits it to 45.
If you have reached such limits, closed tickets won't be moved to the closed category.
I recommend you set up overflow categories, which are additional categories, to prevent this in the future
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

I recommend reading more of the screenshot you provided to find the right Discord server to go to instead of googling and using the first search result for Discord tickets.
I just bought Ticket Tool Premium but it invites the normal bot into my server, what is the problem?
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here

Hello! My mods and I are looking for simple ways to reach out to server members about breaking rules. We want to be able to open a ticket ourselves and add a member and use that as a means of warning members. Administrators are able to do this but moderators are not. I've made sure mods have full permissions and access but if a mod opens a ticket themselves they are unable to see the "Add members or roles" button. They can only see that button on tickets open by other members. However, admins are able to see that button regardless. Is the bot overriding moderator permissions when a mod opens a ticket? Treating them like a normal user? If so, is there any way around this? Thank you!

I tried the debug command too and it said something about it not responding in red text
kicked the bot and invited it back to see if it would reset any errors with the config too

what is automation?
With Ticket Tool's automation, you'll be able to customize your ticket system workflow! Using the Automation Editor you can:
- Chose out of 6 different triggers
- Set a Message Watcher to wait for a message for a given time, or to wait for the absence of them
- Add delays on the execution of actions after the trigger or watcher finds a message!
Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.
- Any automation will run for a maximum of 7 days or until the ticket is closed, afterward, it will stop checking
+ You can have 5 automations per panel
