The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner
what you provided me below is a data loss recovery procedure not to sync all my servers. So that my tickets that I created are available on all the others in order to avoid redoing them one by one on each server. I'm a member of a server that uses ticket tool, and their ticket forms have 7 questions on them.
However, for my personal server which I am just now setting up, only allows me to add 5. Is having more a premium feature?
I'm fine with purchasing premium if that's all I need to do to have access to more fields for the form, I am currently on the premium trial so I figured it would have given me those options if it was included with premium.
Do need this question answered with some sort of urgency if possible, as I need to have my ticket tool set up by tomorrow morning at the latest. Thank you. 🙏

100% sure, this is a ticket they closed for me a while back.

Actually, looks like that ticket was from another server. The one from the server I'm referencing had a gold ticket icon, im assuming that jsut means they had the premium version. But also.. in the process of looking that up, I think I realized how they did it. Their answer field for one of their questions in their form was another form to fill out. teehee
Yep, the gold bot is available for use to premium users, but glad that you figured it out. Some users find ways to intergrate other methods into Ticket Tool to get the best product for their use case

the /purge command can be used by the server owner, but it will delete ALL tickets that are either open or closed (that is the only choice). It will also skip any automations, ie. saving transcripts

Hi there, If you want the ticket to be deleted once closed, it is not possible to leave it closed, the channel will be deleted
We were hoping to keep the ticket in closed state for a while longer before deleting it
So I assume we can only really achieve this by choosing when to close a ticket?
of course, you can enable the "Two-Step Ticket" option which allows you to leave the ticket closed and not deleted if you have not pressed the Delete button once the ticket is closed

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

What you have edited in the dashboard with what you are showing me in the ticket creation is a completely different panel. In the dashboard, you have different panels at the top of the page that you can switch on at any time and change the settings separately. If you want to change the text of the panel you are showing me in the picture (of the ticket creation) you will have to locate that panel first in the dashboard.

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I had a training ticket opened in my server today and asked a trial mod to claim the ticket, which they did.
However once the ticket was moved to claimed category none of the other staff were able to see the ticket except staff with the admin role in discord who by default can always see all channels.
The trial mod attempted to use /add mod name it was unsuccessful, any idea why?
Check in your claiming options if you have "change other support role permissions when claimed" enabled.
Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

yep, so that is why your other support team cant see the ticket. If you want everyone to continue seeing it, either disable that setting, or go in and edit the permission levels that it gives when the ticket is claimed (ie. if you want them to all see the ticket, but only the person who claimed it to be able to talk in it, or something like that)

I'm having issue with ticket tool. The server that I need to setup ticket tool is not showing on on manage server even the ticket tool is already on that server.
Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see the steps on how to relog.
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard

Hi I am trying to figure out a problem with the ticket tool, We are wanting the admin/ trial admin roles to be able to see the tickets so they can help when needed. On the ticket tool config they are both added, and on the discord they are both added in channel permissions, the only problem is that they cant see the tickets for some reason. I am unsure what to do since on first glance they are able to see those catagories and tickets...
the trial staff role can see more than the admin role for some reason

they can see the channel but not the tickets themselves. The admin role can only see 1 ticket in the channel while the trial staff can see almost all of them... lol

Can you try creating a brand new ticket and testing if they're added there?
If tickets were created before you included those roles as support roles, they won't be automatically added
That may be why since the admin can only see the brand new ticket
Then yes, that's it.
You will either need to close and re-open those tickets for permissions to update or use the /add command to add your admin role.

By enabling the admin only button in your custom command, only the ones in the dashboard roles can use it and not the customers.

Make a overflow category.
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:

{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.

No that’s not what I was trying to do. Basically when the custom tags are sent out to automation, I wanted to tag the ticket owner, but I just figured out how to do that.
Hi, what permision setting do I need to enable for my mods to be able to work on ticket tool? I dont want to assign then as admin in my server. Any help?
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

Premium can now be purchased directly through discord! Either in the app directory (server settings) or directly from the bots profile.
ONLY purchase premium through ONE of the two Ticket Tool Bots. If you purchased premium on the primary bot (White logo) and plan to use the premium bot, don't kick the primary bot!
The Monthly price changed from $6.00 to $5.99

Yearly subscriptions are not yet available
Don't kick the bot, otherwise, the subscription will be canceled automatically
You'll need to buy the subscription from a computer or on the Application Directory
You might need to run the /premium command on your server to sync the premium status with your dashboard
A subscription can not be transferred between Servers

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

my ticket category doesn't synchronize on my ticket channel
I have a role which has access to the active ticket
but whenever I start making a ticket within the category of active ticket the channel doesn't show up.
I already setup the role on dashboard >> server config but still it doesn't let me
so it doesn't synchronize on my category permission D:
I have to manually synchronize it
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to grant access to
4. Open the General options menu
5. Select your Support Team Roles
6. Save changes
This might help ^ how to grant roles access to the tickets

Okay. I would still advise to re-read the above information and ensure you have followed it. Also, the access will only take effect for tickets created after you assign Support Team Roles. Any tickets opened previously will remain with the same permissions as when opened.

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
For what can you use that?
Instead of having 6 different panels underneed eachother you can combine them in one panel.

First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.

As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname
