Hey there! My server has had the ticket bot for a short while now and I was wondering if it's possible for me to move the ticket request channel into the same category that the tickets are created in? Or would that mess up the bot somehow?
Not sure if this has been addressed yet, but you can re-send your ticket panel (where your users click to open a ticket) on the dashboard. Then simply just delete the old message

Okay, that server has too many channels, and is stopping you from opening a ticket (its a discord limit, not a ticket tool limit)
Both you and we (ticket tool staff) cant fix this. I can only advise you to tell the server owner/admins of the error as they need to fix it. They can come here for help if they need

When I configure a transcript to be DMed to the reporter, between the message and the embed I get some HTML showing up inline that doesn't seem to contain the actual transcript. Is it possible to make this not show up, as it's confusing for non-technical users.
you can't hide that as thats the downloadable form of your transcript
all transcripts are stored in your discord server

Yes, this looks correct, they should be able to access your servers Ticket Tool Dashboard now (they may need to re-log into the dashboard or use the Sync Servers button for the server to show for them)

6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I am only asking because there seems to be a rate limit listed for the free version but not the premium one. I wonder if there were previous cases when a premium subscription was required. I myself have used the Ticket Tool bot on various occasions, but only on smaller servers with less than 1000 members. Me and my team are planning on setting up a Ticket System in our server with a more prominent member count, and I just don't want to bot to rate limit us because we didn't buy a premium subscription from the get-go.

You can always upgrade to premium though.

My main points of interest were the "Unlimited Tickets" and "Faster Premium Bot"
Those options are probably listed for a reason because some communities "need" them. But maybe I was thinking about this in a too sophisticated manner.

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard:
👉 Server Configs -> Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

How do I add a claim button?
The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

You can use the /purge command (the server owner can use it)
just note that any actions wont happen for this, they will simply close & delete, no transcripts would be saved etc.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hey, could anyone tell me if its possible to have multiple buttons on a panel? I am looking to make different type of tickets. EX: Admin only, Chief-Admin's only, normal support ticket, discord support, etc.
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Discords Refund Policy states that you can request a refund within 5 days of your initial purchase date.

Look, they use bot ghost as the ticket opener or wtv, then they use ticket tool to solve the problem
This is a very lengthy and complex setup. But this is nothing close to connecting any API or anything. In simple terms what's happening here is, you click on the type of ticket you want to be created on that custom bot, and then that custom bot sends the $new command in a private channel, which Ticket Tool listens to and creates a ticket for you. The whole ticketing system is being done by Ticket Tool only through the use of $new command by the custom bot.
However, it is not possible for bots to communicate with each other
Ticket Tool lets you do that. You can whitelist bots on the dashboard to listen to

Custom bot side of things :: Have the embed and buttons setup. When a user clicks on, for example, report button, the bot will send
$new IDcommand in the channel your report panel is assigned to. Here, the ID is that of the user. Ticket Tool would listen to this and create a ticket

A channel is needed to be assigned for a panel. If you run $new command in channel abc, then panel xyz will create a ticket
Basically, ticket tool makes sure to only read those channels and look for the $new command for that specific panel
if $new command is used outside of those channels, no ticket will be created

You need to assign a channel for every panel. Then it's the custom bot which will send the $new command and TT will listen to in order to create a ticket

You don’t have to give your support team role any permissions to access tickets. Ticket Tool automatically changes the channels permissions to allow your support team access to tickets.
If you disable two step ticket in the general config on the dashboard it will delete tickets when closed.

Discord has a limit of 500 channels.
It appears you have reached such limit.
Even if those channels are not tickets, they still count towards the channel limit.
This includes all channel types, voice channels, tickets..etc
You will have to delete channels in order to leave room for new tickets

It depends on the server's current capacity.
If you have space for 20 more channels, then 20 more tickets will be created. As long as you don't reach the 500 channel limit
i am getting what u are saying but as i am telling we dont delete any channel lets say for example we have 480 channel some times people can open up to 20 tickets and some times more sometimes less do you get what i am saying?
I understand, it's possible you delete non-ticket channels.
You should be able to create new tickets as long as you stay under the 500 channel limit.
Also, to prevent this, you can setup a transcript channel. A file containing all the messages sent in the ticket will be sent there so tickets can't be accesed later after deletion

The problem is that when I created a ticket from a server the ticket tool says that it failed to find category and when I went to the support website it said that there will be a deleted category or something on top of the server dashboard but I can't find it
Have you tried just picking a new category on the dashboard?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Are your members seeing this message when they try to create a ticket?
You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard:
👉 Server Configs -> Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)

im seeing this "panel" thing as the title for the ticket box, thats why it confuses me
each drop down demanding its own panel is making me create separate ticket panels of 1 drop down each

You must have one different panel per dropdown option, but all attached within the same panel (like you were doing earlier).
To rename the circled bit, just rename the panel

Anyways, you can only use that command in tickets like the message specifies
Every panel has diffrent names now but they weren't all selected on the same panel
How I do like this
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.

- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

It was working untill recently it just shows error message when making ticket the. It makes it but the ticket bot isn't doing its thing

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or buttons.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of

Missing Permissions

Hi, the owners of my Discord server who implemented the Ticket Tool bot left, and I was left the permissions. I'm having difficulty reviewing past tickets in our archive, and when I open the Direct Transcript links it just shows a white screen with "Invalid Request". I can confirm the Bot is still in the server, and I have the required roles.

Hey there! You can't change the ownership of the ticket.
As the owner is whoever clicked the "create ticket" button or was created a ticket for via the $new command.
Is there something in particular you're trying to do?
In my case, admin staff can help the real ticket owner (example: Sales Persons) to create/open new ticket on behalf of them. The purpose is the support team will know who is the real owner of the ticket s and when ticket closed the real ticket owner will get the transcript.

You can use Command Style tickets rather than the staff creating a ticket and adding the user
Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's dashboard. Then head over to Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Command Style Tickets. (GIF below shows you how to get to it as well).
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the $new or the $ticket command in a channel it has access to .
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can actually select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the $new command instead of looking in the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket → If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's
$newor$ticket) a few seconds after you run it.
As far as I know, if someone doesn't have permission administer. But I want to if someone has specific role, they can make ticket panel, setting panel.
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user

If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.
