In the same vein, is there a way to add multiple buttons to a panel? We're using select menus for all the panels, which is great, but some users have expressed frustration with them on mobile. It'd be nice to be able to add n buttons to a panel that access other panels
E.g. panel 0 has buttons that call panel 1, 2, or 3
I haven't seen anything that looks like this is possible, but I might've missed it
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

I'm trying to use $new sent by another bot to open a ticket, but tickettool doesn't create a ticket or delete the message.
- $new works when I do it
- bot has permissions to use application commands

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Hi yall. I’m having some issue on our tickets. I asked before how to Ping a role when a ticket is created and I was told to do that in the ticket message. So this is what I currently have.

We do not have that role ping by anyone, however the ticket tool is in a bot role above that role on discord. It is my understanding it should be able to @the role and when the ticket opens it looks like this .

yup, so please go to discord Server Settings->Roles->choose Ticket Tool's role->go to Permissions tab->find everyone and if there is no permission for bot, please turn on ^^

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

Hey, not there's not currently a way to do that through ticket tool as they are simply regular discord channels. It may be possible to have the messages replaced with anonymous webhooks with another bot but I don't know one that can do that easily.
Can anybody help me real quick with this variable? I want to add the @group that this ticket is issued to. What do i need to use for that?
Are you trying to figure out how to ping a role in that message?

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I have another Problem if you help. I think thats a technical issue i ran into. I have 6 Panels that i want to combine to one multipanel but the program won't let me do it.

Is it possible to create entry fields for when you close the ticket where you would be able to describe how you resolved it and what the solution was?
And this needs to get into the final saved transcript as well of course.
You can include this as the close reason ($close [reason]) and then have that displayed in the Transcript message using the {close.reason} variable

I can set the variable for the Transcript Message but there is no prompt popping up when clicking on close that lets me input this "closing reason"
Slash commands will prompt you with an option to add a reason /close [reason]
With normal prefix, you can just add it after the command. $close This ticket was solved by...
So you have to do this by hand? There is no force prompt when clicking on the close button that lets you input something? I have to do the slash command?
That's correct, you must use any of the two versions of the close command.
The button won't force a close a reason, you can suggest it in #💡│suggestions

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)

If the button/link were to stop working you will always be able to download that HTML file and access the transcript

The gold one is only available for premium users. Has better hosting, therefore it's usually back up before the standard in the even of an outage

hello, I have a problem, I managed to configure everything and I can create a ticket but when I want to close the ticket, I get an error message which tells me: "Warning: Unable to close ticket, missing permissions ManageRoles. I therefore used the command "/debug" this one gave me crosses on: "manage roles" "manage chanels" in bot permissions and "manages roles" in chanels permission. So I always get ppl clicking on both buttons and end up making 2 tickets at the same time, is it possible to only allow them to create one ticket at a time?

Yes, you can set the global limit from server config to 1. This will restrict users to only one open ticket across all servers.

If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

Yes you will need to close some tickets, you can only have a certain amount of channels per category.

Hey there! Dashboard → Panel Configs → Category → Category Created/Opened (leave blank)
Leave it as it is without a category in the box, that way it will move created tickets to the top.
Yes, does it take them to the top now?
The created tickets are moved to the top as no category is assigned. However, as you haven't sorted the other channels in a category also, it will take the ticket to the last place of the free space where there is no category. If you create categories for different channels (Server Settings, Channels, New, Category) and sort every channel in one or different categories, it will move the new tickets to the top.
You can create new categories for your server and put different channels in them.

That customisation option is sadly for premium users only

I have the following: Head over to {discord-support} to submit the logs by clicking "Submit Logs" on the button provided. Do not submit logs for other issues, or open general game support tickets here please.

Hey, it will attempt to make a ticket from the perspective of the user mentioned in the command, not you who ran it.
so if users role is not in the scheduled time then the ticket can't be opened even I have an administrator role and I use the command right?
Correct, if it’s outside the schedule the $new command cannot be used for that user. You could create a new ticket for yourself and then add that user.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)

We were using a select menu for people to open tickets, but we added buttons, and people can rename tickets created with the select menu, but not tickets created via buttons
And user just reported:

If you created new panels, tickets created via previous panels won't be recognised as tickets

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.

Is there anyway to copy settings from 1 server to another?

The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard:
👉 Server Configs -> Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.
👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Disabled Roles

Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines

To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

hey all been a while lol quick question, when closing a ticket, roles/users that were added with the /add command are not supposed to be applied the same perms of the ticket owner? I now they get the same perms of the owner when added, but thought it was for closed as well

I had this one ticket, where I added a role with /add, the role took the same perms as the ticket owner as usual, but when I closed the ticket the owner is set to not see the ticket, however the added role was still able to see the ticket

Hey there! Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category. Ticket Tool limits it to 45.
If you have reached such limit, closed tickets won't move to the close category unless you set up overflow categories
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

Ah, apologies - misread. You can't have all tickets in the same channel, that's simply not possible right now.
Threads are how you have tickets appear all in one channel.

I appear to be stumped. I have the ticket tool in two servers I administer. While one works as expected the other claims I don't have permission to view the message history. Both have the same permissions across the board between both Discords. What am I overlooking?

Read messages is probably disabled in Permissions. Go to the Dashboard > Panel Configs > Permissions

Yes, for now just a standard user without any additional permissions. In fact just stripped down permissions.
Yes, you can edit permissions for the ticket opener and your support role.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname

One last question. Is there an option to automatically delete a ticket when it is closed?
I know it is probably not possible but worth an ask Lmao. Is it possible to set it so the ticket pings a role depending on what the ticket name is. Im using a form so for example a User can type "Support" in the box and it will ping the support role, or idk "Example" and it will ping the example role instead.
I suppose something like if ticket name contains support then ping the role
But I know its a stretch 🤣
Head to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > General Options and mark as
the Two Step Ticket option

You can use multiple panels..
So if you have multiple options and multiple roles you can use multi-panels.
For each panel you can specify a role to ping and the name on the open ticket button.
So your first panel can be named support and the create ticket button could be support, then since you have premium you can edit the open ticket message to ping the support role.
Hope that kinda makes sense 😬

As in - A "premium" ticket feature... I could hide the channel to the public but id rather it can be seen so they know they can get it if they get the role.

Under "Create Ticket" you can select which roles are allowed
