Hello. Hoping someone can help me. I have the ticketing tool set up for my discord and works great. I would now like to have a separate ticketing tool for the same discord but for a separate section in the discord (we have one for general issues and i now have a new category for BETA testing). So i would like my BETA testers to be able to raise their own tickets when testing vs clogging up the existing tickets. I can see i can make a new panel and i assume i can just clone my original and then change the info over etc but wanted to see if there was any other tricks or advice? THanks in advance!

Head to your Panel Configs in your Dashboard and create a new panel to create tickets from.
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

How can I subscribe to the bot and how much does the monthly subscription cost?
Premium can now be purchased directly through discord! Either in the app directory (server settings) or directly from the bots profile.
ONLY purchase premium through ONE of the two Ticket Tool Bots. If you purchased premium on the primary bot (White logo) and plan to use the premium bot, don't kick the primary bot!
The Monthly price changed from $6.00 to $5.99

Yearly subscriptions are not yet available

How do I change the button system to the Select Menu system?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Hello, is there a command to move a message across panels? If so, can I give specific roles access to specific categories?
I want a functionality like in this case:
There's three panels in the server, we'll call them "user", "server", and "long". User and server panels are open towards the users, who choose from a dropdown list when they're making a ticket. Long panel is an internal one I want the support team to be able to move tickets from other panels to, because they will move long tickets to this panel to practically open space on the other ones. But, I don't want them to be able to move tickets between other panels, only to long.

You can manually move the ticket to the "long" category but it won't update permissions and there really wouldn't be a way to limit which channels can be moved and where

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

additionally,
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

I have my ticket bot in and our admins can all see the react to open a ticket option. Normal guild memebers can see the channel, but when they click on it they cant see the box to react to open a ticket.
Make sure that your normal members have the "Read Message History" permission, otherwise they wont be able to see previous messages in the channel (including the ticket panel)

How to add questions when a user open a ticket
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hello! I have the dropdown menu for my ticket creations, and for three of my panels, I have set it up so only members with the "Staff Members" role can open them (Dashboard, Buttons, Create Ticket, Allowed Roles). But today a user that didn't have that role was able to create a ticket.

How can I use another bot to do tickets with Ticket tool?
You can add bots that ticket tool is allowed to respond to in dashboard > server configs
you would then need to enable command style and have the bot run $new userid with whomever is having a ticket made for them

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's dashboard. Then head over to Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Command Style Tickets. (GIF below shows you how to get to it as well).
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the $new or the $ticket command in a channel it has access to .
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can actually select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the $new command instead of looking in the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket → If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's
$newor$ticket) a few seconds after you run it.

As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname

Im having trouble with regex case sensitivity? Its acting case sensitive even though I have it unchecked. I've tried using normal regex flags like /i or (?i) but i dont think theyre available in whatever kind of regex is being used.
for example, this command trigger will only trigger if it is in all lower case like it shows there. it wont work with any caps. I have tried $debug and clearing the cach. Am i doing something wrong?

solution has been found, after some testing i assume that Ticket Tool in your server do not has administrator permission (which is not required ofc) so to fix our problem, please edit your category, go to permissions and add Ticket Tool's role there with these three:
I added “Manage Permissions” to the category and then manually adding it to the open ticket and it worked. But I just made a brand new ticket and the permission didn’t carry over.
Let me check the dashboard also since TicketTool is being added as a member exemption not a role.
now i found that we just had to mark this case sensitive to make it work as you showed there 🥺 ...
when i checked it, i also think something happened with bot's permissions so i know what you mean, could you please #🎫│make-a-ticket and ask Staff what might have happened? ^^

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Premium is not a problem as I do have it.. not sure why it does not show on my roles.
We currently do have the situation where the ticket creator is one of our support staff and adds the 1-4 people in ticket he created. But I'll guess $transcript mentionedUser is the best bet we currently have

Premium is server based. Once premium is attached to the server, anyone with dashboard access can edit the premium features

You can have the white bot with premium features however it's great having the premium bot as when there are outages, which aren't that common, the premium bot is rarely affected by them :D

Hello, on other servers I saw that when you create a ticket, the bot sets its embed message, how is that done?
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

Ok, so I've got a problem. I invited Ticket Tool to my server, and by all means the bot is there, but it doesn't register as a server in my Ticket Tool servers list
Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see the steps on how to relog.
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's dashboard. Then head over to Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Command Style Tickets. (GIF below shows you how to get to it as well).
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the $new or the $ticket command in a channel it has access to .
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can actually select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the $new command instead of looking in the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket → If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's
$newor$ticket) a few seconds after you run it.
Check above for how to enable it in general.

hey how do i ping a certain role on ticket creation?
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Will the html always be there? Even if I delete the transcript embed/post, but copy the html, will it always be there for looking back at it.

Basically, I want to have those transcripts moved to separate threads that I have for applications that those tickets were used for. I plan on moving those embeds for application transcripts into the same channel as the application form is sent to, so I can better keep track of stuff. But unfortunately, I can't do that with the older transcripts since they already had a channel they were being out in.

Panel Configs -> Limits
There are mainly two ways to limit how many tickets an individual user can create:
You can restrict the amount a user can open across all your panels by following these steps:
> 1. Go into your Dashboard
> 2. Open the Server Configs tab
> 3. Update the Global Ticket Limit field
> 4. Save changes
Secondarily you can also set a limit per panel, meaning that a single user can open a certain amount of tickets on the given panel. Note that the Global Limit takes precedence upon Panel Limit, to set the latter follow this procedure:
> 1. Go into the Dashboard
> 2. Open the Panel Configs
> 3. Open the Limits options menu
> 4. Update the Open tickets each user counter
> 5. Save changes
When the Open tickets all users limit is hit, users won't be able to create more tickets.
It is not necessary, because I do not want my channels to be flooded with tickets.

Is it possible to require the user who creates a ticket to first enter information into the ticket?
For example, I know the panel can leave a message when the chat is created requesting it but can we require it before the channel is created.
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.
And you cannot ping inside an embed, include the mention outside embeds

Purchase within discord by opening the bots profile - i believe
Unfortunately, discord doesn't currently offer any option to transfer subscriptions between servers.
You will have to cancel your subscription and resubscribe on the new server

To cancel your Ticket Tool Premium Subscription, just head over to your User Settings in Discord, then Subscriptions. Look for Premium Apps and click on Manage Subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

I made a command in a old server that would send a message asking if the ticket was resolved, im trying to remake this command but it isn't working and i've used all the same steps in the new server. Im in the dashboard (custom commands)

I did multiple times, i now also added the bot to my test chamber server and there it detected it fine. On the server I actually want it on I'm only a mod so i have admin rights, not owner rights, does that make a difference?
