Is the emoji in your server? If so, click the blue select button and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list then click on the emoji you want. Save your changes then open a new ticket to see if it worked 🙂

Oh, I totally missed your message above, sorry 😢
If the user has closed the ticket, you can go to your closed category and re-open the ticket which he will then have access to the ticket and you can get his username that way.
The other way would be if he deleted the ticket, you would be to check your ticket transcript logs in your server if you have set it up.
If not I don’t think there is any other way, although I could be wrong 🤔

Okay, try following the steps below:

Go into your server and hold down on the channel name you want to send the commands in.

Then click Edit Channel, then Channel Permissions

If you then click Add A Member and add the TicketTool bot, and give it permission to send and read messages in that channel.
(You could also give the bot a role with ADMIN but it isn’t recommended)

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

No, i didn't mean a ticket. In our server we have a few de facto archived channels that we'd like to get rid of while saving the contents, and we loved the format of the transcript that your bot provides, hence the desire to apply it to existing, non-ticket channels

There are mainly two ways to limit how many tickets an individual user can create:
You can restrict the amount a user can open across all your panels by following these steps:

Secondarily you can also set a limit per panel, meaning that a single user can open a certain amount of tickets on the given panel. Note that the Global Limit takes precedence upon Panel Limit, to set the latter follow this procedure:

> 3. Open the Limits options menu
> 4. Update the Open tickets each user counter
> 5. Save changes
When the Open tickets all users limit is hit, users won't be able to create more tickets.

i have a multi panel set up with 3 different ticket options, and i want those with the "partner manager" role to be able to claim, respond to, and close only "partner" tickets

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.
What doesn't help is that a lot of the people who give help here have other roles (like regular which is just from having enough messages sent) and so look like a helper due to colour difference

Discord limits servers to 500 channels per server. The server you screenshotted has 500 channels already. Not too much you can do aside from asking the server owners to delete some tickets or other channels.
(That's so many tickets lol)

How do I add more than 1 button?
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

hello, i already have ticket tool set up in a server, however that server was used as a template and another server has been made, i want to copy my ticket tool information from one server to the other completely, how do i do that?
Ideally just using Ticketool, or externally if its better managed there.
The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

I see no bug, if you do, smack it or let it outside.
On a real note, there is an emoji Ticket Tool does not have access to or is otherwise considered invalid. It seems, based on what you're saying, it has to do with the closure button(s) or message(s). Ensure the bot has access to the emojis you are trying to use and they are inputted correctly.
Also, don't try to ping everyone, you are not going to get expedited support just because you enjoy pinging.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
In case you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool
- Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

You need to click on the panel name on top and you should be able to see the other panels as well. It's a dropdown option.
You can only edit one panel at once.

Select this one on top, so you can edit it.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

is there a way to make it so that certain roles can re-name tickets? for example I have a role in my server where it looks over tickets but I don't want to give the role itself the manage channels role since they could delete every channel I think. So i made a new catergory and I changeed the cateogry settings so that that role can manage channels but its not allowing them to re-name tickets that are being brought into that category

That's a premium only feature. Click on "Embed Editor - 1" and you should be able to edit the embed description.

Hi, so I added my moderators to be able to see the tickets when they are opened.However, only some of them can see them at the top of the server but some can only view them from the Chanels&roles list?

Purge is for when you get spammed with a bunch of trash tickets and you want to discard them all.
If there's anything in those tickets that you want to preserve, you should not use the purge command.

You have to set an overflow category
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

That’s because Discord only allows 50 channels per category.
how can we avoid it
You have to create another support category, you could make it Support Overflow and when that category becomes full it will switch to your overflow category.
If you have a lot of people opening tickets it can be hard to avoid this.
But there is an option to assign another category, it shouldn’t cause any inconvenience.

You can make it a public or private category. Your community won’t see tickets in that category tho, depending on your permissions set for tickets.

Okay, one more question: When I make a ticket, I have a moderator channel with just staff attached to the ticket, for discussion of how to handle the problem. This is useful for pulling in engineers or other staff who work with a problem, but are not customer facing.
Is there a way to generate a Transcript for the user, but then a transcript for staff that includes the attached provate chat? I would like to be able to archive that as well.
Ticket Tool just doesn't respond, I tried looking at permissions, debugging, but it just doesn't respond.

The text length is premium. 250 per panel (messages) for standard.

Dashboard roles are the ones that can access the settings of your dashboard.

Discord only allows 500 channels per server, so it is defaulted to 500 for each limit option. The link above tells you how to do so. (Under the limits tab, the instructions on the top of the link are slightly outdated)

You said the exact same thing as before.
Make sure the role actually has the Read Message History permission at a role level
why are there 2 create ticket bottons??
Server settings -> Roles -> (find the role) -> find the Read Message History permission -> grant it and save
You probably attached a panel in Attached Panels
(in Panel Configs -> Panel)
Unless you want extra buttons, Attached Panels should be empty.
