There isn't unfortunately, to view transcripts you need to either press on the direct link sent in he transcript message or have downloaded the HTML file from the transcript message
I'm trying to enable Auto Display Results for form ticket submissions, but I can't find where I can enable this feature?
A discord Form allows you to let the user answer individual questions in a pop up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options.
In the new pop up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the discord form. This is a discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title: Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder: The placeholder text in the input field
Required: If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input: Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input: Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to go into your Panel Settings > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.

The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customise it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Ticket Options ➞ Edit Ticket Message

I've just added a new role to the support team section (helper) and I'm wondering does this update the perms for the current open tickets so the "helper" role can have access, or will this change only apply to tickets opened after this point?

You can't because that's the automatic embed. You can just disable the automatic embed and write a manual embed of your own
It's premium though if i'm not mistaken
WIthout premium you can still add the fields to the ticket message

You can choose which events get logged in the dashboard.
All of those can be toggled
You're managing bot matters without having dashboard access. It's a bit like driving without looking at the street

You can use a transcript if it was saved before the ticket was deleted, but otherwise there is no way to view closed tickets if it was deleted already.
Well, in the screenshot it now only has the panel name, instead of the two other options. Otherwise it's mostly the same, just with boxes instead of a list

hello, i was wondering how i get my server's emojis able to load into the embed msg
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

An example of a sending a panel is shown below.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

it’s let’s me send ticket tool to my channel with no category but when i try to send it to a channel under a category it does not work
and support replies once every 3 hours so it’s no point of sending another ticket

Something you set in the panel configuration such and most likely being the buttons, has a emoji Ticket Tool does not share a server with or is an animated emoji that cannot be used.

Type the name of the emoji in the search box. They take a while to load, but they load eventually.
Alternately, get the emoji's id using Ticket Tool's $id command, and paste the id into the “Button Emoji” field

How can I block a role from creating certain tickets on a panel
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

That's the type of thing you can use Additional Roles for, but it's not set up like that by default
The default permissions are the same as the default user permissions (open and closed)

If you have dashboard access you can send panels.
Dashboard access requires either being the owner of the server, having the Administrator permission, or having a dashboard role
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

When I press the set up guide it says interaction failed
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

You're probably looking at an outdated tutorial.
It should be two options
All the details need to be filled out
Panel, Name, Description, Emoji
Well, you can leave the Emoji field empty

What exactly are you trying to do?
Get more buttons on the message and name them
Panel Configs -> select the panel at the top -> press the “Panel” button near the bottom
Add all the other panels to Attached Panels
then for each panel, do the following
Select it at the top -> “Panel” -> Edit Panel Message -> Create Ticket Edit Button
When you're done editing all the buttons, go back to the main panel and send it, or update it

For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Tickets suddenly not moving to the right category when they used to is almost always because of full categories.
$overflow
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

hey i have issues with perms
so I have a problem with the Perms and setting with Ticket Tool! I set the Perms for the 4 panels I have that anyone can send messages, tickets Perns can not change etc... but after a while the permissions I have set in the ticket tool reset again or is it different again! I don't know why but I ALWAYS save it! I even wait until this save button is gone before closing the page.
