Within all the messages the bot's sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.

For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:

{RoleID} โžž Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.

All users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel!

e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.

Attachments not being accessible

At the beginning of May 2022, Discord changed the way they store their deleted files, before this update, files could be accessible for up to 30 days after which they would get erased entirely from the Cloudflare cache. Now the files, including images, aren't accessible since they are deleted, which is why premium users [embed up to 8mb](#๐Ÿ“ฃโ”‚bot-news message) worth of pictures within transcripts.

In the major update that's being worked on the developer is looking forward to implementing a better solution to this inconvenience in order for images to be saved, at least for a temporal way.

1. Invite Ticket Tool to your server

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.

2. Create a Panel

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

3. Send the Panel to a Channel

Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hey, I don't think there are too strong permissions in his roles, but I'm going to ask you a few things to be sure.

  1. Please go to Panel Configs->Panel Settings->Expand General Options->send screenshot from this section (i need to see Support Team Roles and Additional Roles)
  2. Expand Permission Options->Edit User Closed Permissions->send screenshot from this section->Edit Additional Roles Closed Permissions->send screenshot from this section
  3. Does the user have a role that was added to the Support Team Roles or the Additional Roles?
  4. After saving the settings, was a new ticket created to check that it works?

A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.

How to relog in the Dashboard.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.

Note:

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:

Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

How to disable the premium bot

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard โžž Server Configs โžž Premium bot โžž And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.

Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
