Which leads me to my follow up. Does CK3 have predetermioned outcomes for certain things? Regardless of RNG? Because if ever I reload a save to try my luck again, the outcome never changes. I had better MAA, Dragon, commander, and Army and I kept dying in battle with my dragon. I would reload, try a different fight in the same war, same result. Over and over. Same with burning down the fort. It was like the game decided the outcome regardless of the % chance it was showing me

nah i don't think so - i did the same thing actually, i reloaded my save because my character died to a random dragon ambush and on the reload my character then killed the character that ambushed him - then another one tried to ambush him and he killed that one too

The show isnt canon, in the book a Time jump happened to give the dragons time to age. It should take atleast 16-20 years for a dragon to grow to flying age

I run with the theory that life (blood) was the source of targaryan blood magic, ancient valyria had slaves in the 14 flames and them dying to fire lava and fire worms collected the magic. Targs pre dance burnt through it all hatching so many dragons and lost it all when they all died. I reckon grew as fast as he did cause magic from random fire related deaths had been pooling in the world and after 100 years alot was just chillin, and i reckon drogon grew faster then his siblings cause he had a rider plus when he fucked off for a while probably went somewhere closer to valyria where all the magic was being concetrated. Also reckon that the dragons began to dwindle and die cause there just wasn't enough magic left to hatch dragons of value or sustain them. Targs werent ex running around using dragons to burn down kingdoms anymore and gathering slaves to die in fire pits like those in the freehold did.

I set the castle melting to start at 25 years of age as dragons can't just melt shit straight away due to age, the flame gets stronger as they age

I found out how to change age, do as Fen fen wrote
"To age up your dragon via debug:
1: open debug menu (tilde key) and go to "explore objects"
2: on the "provider" drop down, select "artifacts"
3: in the search key, type in your dragon's name
4: select the dragon's name
5: open "script variables" drop down and you'll see the variable for age"

Then put in the next age faze for exaple first face is between the age of 0 to 5 so put in the age as being 5.00 and wait 1 year ingame time, next face is 25 so do this again and put the age to 25 after the first year. next faze will be found in the decribsion of your dragon artifact

and the reason for it having to be done this way is for the ageing mecanic to be triggered

The way I do it is by console commands, I spawn in dragon eggs, use bypass_requirements to hatch the eggs by cradling it with them, in debug menu explore objects find the dragon artifacts, click on them and from there you can change their age, it takes a year or longer to take affect.

If you want to rename the dragons, using the cheat menu submod allows you to take the artifacts from them, debug mode allows this, from there you can rename them, the characters will not accept them back, so you can turn on yes-men and then grant them back to the chracter

Agreed with others for getting a desktop. The bottleneck on a laptop is heat buildup. It doesn’t matter how good of a computer it is. I have had two of the best gaming laptops of their times, and they were practically derelict after 1-2 years because their hardware gets overworked and slows down when the internal structure gets too hot. It has no outlet for the heat. That 4070 GPU is an incredible gpu for a computer, but it will not feel like a 4070 in a laptop. It will feel like you’re playing in a chrome notebook because it can’t perform at the same level of a similar powered card that sits in a roomy desktop tower with ten times as much fan cooling

I am basically re-doing this whole playthrough rn but I started during the rebellion

Rhaegar killed himself years later to hatch the first dragon in a blood sacrific

playing Aegon VI with two sister-wives from lyanna and rhaegar

Rhaenys is my rival and married to the Lord of the Vale

aegon, visenya and daenerys (daughter of l and r, canon daenerys wasn't burned as someone murdered aerys early, never found out who) all ride dragons
