it doesn´t tell me to. i have already captured the base once. then earlier i was radioed about them having taken a thing which more than likely was just mutants killing a group of Duty at the entry point but that made my missions go down like 2. so i returned to a point before that. saved the Duty group, then started killing Freedom squads for like 3 hours because i figured i´d lower their squad count but it just seems like it´s fluctuating WAY too much considering i have actively been killing their squads.
