I almost exclusively use it, and yes. I do get hit at least once a mission.
But if you move faster than a mostly-melee opponent (Terminids), you don’t get turned to chunks as often.

No, enemies simply don't spawn beyond 2-4 at a time. If you're getting hundreds, that's definitely a bug.

Yea, but then you'll face Monolith squads; zombies still remain the same. Might help to file a bug report and ask in #pc-specs as well. If you need anything based on quests, #❔┃main-quest and #❔┃side-quests can help too.

Still, try game without modifications first and kill the zombies. If they don't respawn, then one of them is bugged. If they still do...well...

Also, you can try loading to an earlier save (with the modifications disabled) and see if it still remains.

you could say it's kinda my fault for using a rEaLIsTiC weapon overhaul, but if your mission hinges on the protagonist being a bullet sponge you're doing something incredibly wrong in the first place

and the ||zalissya defense|| mission? You get a handful of AIs to help out and all but 2 were already dead when I got to the village

(this particular clown car incident wasn't caused by a mission per se but it's still more or less the same principle)

Feeding issues.
If you have a Glock, you have a decent gun.

But a fully loaded drum mag could strain parts of the feeding/loading systems.
Causes more jams and such.

Same with rifles, too. Drums are ok. But only like. So often.

Unless you got a special mag well designed for that.
Stick to Stendo Clips, at best.
Drums will hurt your gun, and the enemy.

Or, learn how to shoot.
