Duty is about to go in an internal war, many hate Voronin due being too lazy to do something and that Zulu is being a better leader, that actually went into Prypiat and got out finding how bad the situation is over there.

Voronin has been intentionally giving low quality gear to those who defect with Zulu. So even more pissed are the Duty soldiers who really don't want again a faction war against Freedom as they were on the zone to fight it, not to kill other stalkers, as Freedom these days are just capitalists, who care mostly for money.

And the bloodlusty duty soldiers have no idea how much of a bad idea would be to go on a war against Freedom this time that are now stronger, have Mercenary allies, control the zone crypto and holded so well for over a decade instead than fading away.

Little bit bummed that the original lamps don't have functional on/off switch nor the radiation sound and those dials just are for show, but I am very grateful to have it and I do think it is really dope nonetheless. Personally though I feel like too many people die in any ending specifically, the trilogy kept many people alive, and of course kill them in S2, but the new characters to the series get obliterated depending on your choices, but no matter which ending, a large portion of new characters get turned to dust without any chance for them to be fully fleshed out imo
