It's basically a 3600 with igpu
I'd rather just live with a 11500 and get a dgpu someday and be way better off
That's true
If amd didn't gimp the cache on their g models I would def go for it tho
false
completely false
its not a ton
it still has double the cache of the 4650g
and it clocks memory and fabric wayyy highe
yes its worse
but its like
5%
maybe 10%
3600 is like 20-25% worse
if you want to buy a basic display adapter at least go cheap
quadro 600 or something
$34 in 2016
Yeah even the igp on the intel 10 series is often better
any modern igpus in 2021 will beat 710
Gt710 is very nice for extra monitors tho
Thanks for that
(Someone I know doesnt have a igpu so I wanted to buy a 710 to him)
That's fine if they aren't in the us, as the 11500 is still more than the 11600k
Uhd 630 is 2x better lol
lol just get 770 for under 100 dollars
Lol just watched that scam link get bonked
@abstract elm trim your link, add price and short title
alright
Also bad deal anyway put please trim links lol
I think we should all also specify what the ltt psu tier list rating is or link an aris review to psu posts
If there's a rebate, add "AR"
That's a good idea
bad deal??? it's half off
it's $47
and it's a super good psu
tier a
you can trim the link even more btw "https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16817151245" still works
gold rated and fully modular
Yep - though if you do this and remove the embed - put the full product name in your post ofc
idk if newegg shows an embed, ive never seen any of the links i post of it embedding
Sometimes it does
I often remove embeds manually there - I'll just disable them soon
Ohhh i saw it was for 85$
That's nice then
fr
Mb say the price in the post
it says it's only $10 off for me too so idk
"half off" is meaningless
But the price on that psu before the rebate is still pretty bad, and you probably don't need A tier if you're using 500W
10$ rebate and 35$ code
ohhhh lmao
i fixed it
i thought that was like the shipping price so i ignored it
There's also a 35$ code that makes it worthwhile
Perfect
Yeah I see the code I just don't like rebates lol
Fair lol
57$ is still aight
yeah for what it is that's a great price
I'd rather get that leadex for 70 that comes with the $10 card + argb 120mm
I know luke kinda "retired" so maybe someone will repost to be able to maintain the list
Good idea having that handy for this channel too
@dusky timber How relevant is that tier list link these days? Any suggestions welcome.
It's been fun trying to terraform #tech-deals into an actually useful channel
ngl i kinda want to kinda be like gamersnexus and get a bunch of PSU testing equipment and just test psus, but it's all so expensive and ive also havent had any training on how you test psus so yeah
only a distant dream
unless i join gamersnexus lmao
Those programmable electronic load boxes are very expensive, but you could get a decent scope, dmm, bench psu for a few hundred used to get started in the hobby.
maybe some other year, but definitely not now since i dont have the funds 😔
Wanted to surprise him
Most of that PSU testing equipment they use is $10,000+
Maybe get him a 950 instead, then it's at least windows 11 compatible
And can do some games in 1080p
only 560 w though
you could run a 3060ti and any lower end cpu you want
6700xt too
been there for a while, but i wanted to flex
It's also only £59
Nah fam
Maybe if you leave it stock and oc the hell out of the 5600g lol
guess which one has more OC headroom?
Yeah
And even with a higher clock on the 5600g you still won't get to 30 percent
thats not a good cpu test anyways
If you oc both to the max
But that person was going for gaming
I don't think they could care less about workstation stuff
Otherwise they woulda prolly grabbed a 10850k or something
I'll go look for benches on those then
Also keep in mind 3200cl14 ram which is not optimal for Ryzen
Sottr is a game?
Firestrike is 3dmark
The PSU one? Still relevant in terms of the data it has on the spreadsheet, completely irrelevant in terms of how the units are ranked or what the rankings mean
From where?
No he didn’t?
Nj tech
Luke is very much still working
Who?
I wouldn't call them perfect results but you get the idea
I talk to home like every other day on the cultist internal discord
It’s just the list is formally retired from the LTT forums
And has permanently been migrated to cultist.network
CS:GO is CPu bound that’s correct
Reason: Duplicated text
Bruh
Bruh
@light bay
That's synthetic
It's 3d mark gives a decent example
5600G slaps the 3600
You’re wrong then
You got any benches?
Yeah
Link
Same system?
Yes
You got any ss or anything?
3090 HOF
X570 Unify-X
Arshia knows their stuff
Aight
I probably do, but I literally test dozens of PCs I don’t log everything
Hm
Ahh my b
Well you contributed to it then
I mean, I revived some of its issues
Needs another revive soon
Since I didn’t do everything I wanted
You gonna help with ddr5 oc one next?
Thought you were retiring from that stuff arshia?
Reason: Bad word usage
Nah screw OC
Bruh
Reason: Bad word usage
Reason: Too many infractions
Lol
Woops
I overclocked my ram earlier
At least 90% of it
Just turned on ram pbo 😎
It’s so dumb how everyone takes the lazy road
I let my system auto oc it
No one gives a flying F how the stuff works
And the people@who think they know stuff are basically collecting pkemon cards
It’s the kids who collected the cards but never actually played with them enough to know how the cards work
So they see “EX” and automatically assume it’s strong as hell
I don't know Pokemon at all so I'm dead over here
My gripes with the tech community have existed for a LONG time but until now I’ e been so deep down the stupid rabbit hole
I’ve been learning how the stuff works, and at least a few months ago people wanted to know
They asked questions
Now will all these stupid tuners who don’t know jack all it’s a mess
Jufes, i2hard, freethy, chamber, the entire latency community
You explain how 1T vs 2T works like an uptillion times and it’s like you’re talking to a brick wall
Hopefully I can foster my own community
I’m working on it alright, one where isn’t an action you do but a learned skill
Are all those ppl in the buildapc discord?
Can’t wait for school to start chilling out
Which people
Ik i and probs a few others from this discord would be fairly interested in that and actually learn lol
@dusty trail btw you can buy an i3 10105f for 93$ and a 10100f for 99$(although why would you when 10105 is tiny bit cheaper and better) and not on ebay either
hmm
Jufes also goes by Framechasers
And i2hard is Russian version
thanks for letting me know
I'm just glad intel have finally loosened their grip on prices
Their prices are fine bar the 11400 and 11500 because they're being scalped
next step, when will apple finally make their products cheaper
Reason: Bad word usage
When they stop pulling off stuff like this
I'd swear but I don't wanna get in heckin' trouble
Is that a 3.5" m.2 2280 SSD???????
Apple products are so f’ing dumb
Lol
What?
Apple be like: "pay 1.5k, get i3"
No that’s a hybrid drive setup
Makes sense
128GB SSD
Ik was just joking
3TB HDD
Well if they didn't invest in money not allowing you turn on macbooks when not in the chassis properly that would be a start
Is that your Mac?
No
Or customers?
Customer
Nice
Apple is such easy money istfg
That they sell for 1k
I'll take some
I sorted them by IC manufacturer
Why so many ram lol
lmao i just remembered that "memories" box filled with ram sticks image someone sent
i think it was droq
This is just my work laptop collection…you haven’t seen my actual collection)
??
Arshia
Become rich
And just take a stick of ram out of every PC you work on if they have a couple sticks in there
found it on google
Old ppl with their Macs would never know lol
I've heard but why so many work laptop rams?
so what are you saving all that ram for
You could prolly get some gold out of all that ram tbh,
Arshia creating memory shortage
ah yes
But prolly worth more to just sell as is
human singlehandedly creates memory shortage
Oh shir
Those are DDR2 big dimms
And I spot SIMMs there too
if you know how to do woodworking, make a giant wooden box and fill it with ram sticks, and make sure to label it as "memories" or "our memories" or something like that
Lol
wait not only that, make a box labeled "RAM Sticks" and fill it with pictures of you
and your significant other and family (if applicable)
The pads are gold plated
You can see that quite easily if you use Cadence allegro
It has a full layer material breakdown
Every trace
Every via
Every capacitor
Sad
Nothing
It’d all slag
Sad
Assuming you don’t have proper equipment
Yeah you prolly would have to chemically do it right?
That’s the most effective way
hcl
Hydrochloric acid won’t do as well as you think
@dusty trail you know that's a pretty normal price for the 10100f, right?
You'd use a mix of hcl and hno3 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aqua_regia
what if there was a bad deals text channel
that could be really funny and entertaining to go through
Feel like that might get confusing and ppl who aren't paying attention might think good deal
well if they cant read the text channel name, that'd be kind of sad lol
Then call it money steals
optional self-theft
Consented bank account dent
💀
nitric yeah?
@grave delta What would you say to a "meh" emoji for deals that are not great but not horrible?
Unnecessary
@forest prairie talk here about tech deals now btw
¯_(ツ)_/¯
3090 are going for around 3 grand or higher depending on brand (Atleast on facebook market) (Ebay is worse) Its pretty worth if you are going to make a profit with that. For example you could sell the 3090 for about $500 higher and leave yourself a free mobo. If its 3k cdn go for it, but if its usd, reconsider
Wow, it took a price cut down to $150 for the 9700k to be sold out at micro center (at all but 4 locations)
Great deal for budget gaming cpu tbh
Yeah, bought one last week for my gaming server
That 3060 dell seems like a good deal if dell wasn't hot garbo, but mb xmps is a bit better than g5
but 1000$
It still looks like it has all the proprietary garbage parts
I would have included an ssd and 2 modules of 8GB instead of 1x8, but all in all it's not so bad I think
Ohh 100% but for someone who just wants "gaming computer" it looks better than the other 1k options but still ehhh also the 8gb of ram kills me
THERE'S NO SSD!!!?????
Omg
Wow
haha
No SSD is an instant no for me pretty much
Easy to add another stick though, since it's only jedec 2933
I at least expected 128gb ssd
Sure, you can add one after you buy it but for that price it should come with a high capacity one anyway
Ehh cuz it has a 3060 for 1k it would get away with 128gb but for not sale price yeah
Wtf where they thinking
I mean it's Dell
But that's another level of awful
Dell's Precisions are a whole another level of awful value
But companies will always be willing to pay for them for some reason
Well tbf for an office machine a dell is okay
$50 for cheap propriety motherboard, $150 for i5, $30 for bad memory, $25 HDD, $30 power, and the rest is the GPU
Yeah shocking
dell
Oh and the $40 case
If that
yea, but you're forgetting the 500 dollar warranty.
Can't forget financing
@floral turtle Not sure if the laptop is the best deal either. Could get the parts you need for the dell for under $100. Only problem then being is that it's a dell
Better then that
I dunno, you'd still need to buy the ram upgrade
Assuming it has upgradeable ram, I'll go check real quick
Looks like it does
Any good mic or headset deals? @ me please
Been looking on slick deals haven't seen anything
@sudden sparrow that really aint a deal
also trim your link lmao
cloud II is better and cheaper
remember: trim your link, put in price (and how much the discount is) and item name into your tech deal post
I forget who wanted 3dmark - ping them, it's $5
Essential tool right there, everyone who wants to know how well their PC is performing needs that
Its $1.40 dollars for me
cool
Just bought it
good deal
thanks for the post
How do I rip the key from it and use the web version btw?
didnt find anything
$249 for a power supply isn't a good deal, even if it is 1200W platinum. They're just trying to gouge miners.
That's double the price of a good 850W+
I think it's a good deal - if you need a 1200w plat leadex, it's very good deal in today's market, but I doubt anybody who sees that link here will actually buy that
So it’s like “yes it’s a good deal for the 2% of people who would actually need to buy it”
cuz its on a completely different platform
Nah
$250 for 1200W play is way too high
Yeah
its basically msrp
Any ATX PSU is gonna be overpriced
Buy Supermicro - 2000 Watt Redundant Power Supply (pws-2k02p-1r). Refurbished..Great customer service.
No, they're all overpriced
i mean the bom delta between a RM550X and a RM850X is a couple bucks
does that psu have a 5 volt rail
or a 3.3 volt rail
or any of the standby or negative tails
does it have power cables
You're getting gouged if you buy high wattage ATX PSUs

high voltage
ah yes a barebones refurb psu compared to full retail psu
how much those cost new
That's just one PSU that I pulled
Breakout boards are probably going to be 15-30 bucks
Is it?
yes.
Some server PSUs have the necessary rails, some don't
For the ones that don't you just need to add them in
which adds cost and complexity
Don't need negative rails
need em for atx spec
but sti
find me one without the old rails
oh and how loud is that fan again
for a server i'd assume its at max rom constantly
https://www.ebay.com/itm/142996570957
This is for a dell PSU (about the same price), a bit more expensive than I would like but w/e
Actually lol nvm, it is supermicro
Okay?
so a 1100W psu that doesnt fit in any chassis and is refurbished for $90 with hideous cables
That's just the first PSU I clicked on on eBay
You're paying 100-200 or more extra just for a different size box
yeah
one that fits in a pc
and brand new with 10y warranty
not a refurb
you're paying thousands of dollars for slightly special sand

Where'd you find that?
Also I clicked another link
https://www.newegg.com/dell-l1100a-s0-power-supply/p/2AN-001M-00KY8
That one is new
ATX PSUs are just plain expensive, that's all there is to it
on supermicro's website
"new"
T710 and R510 is like
8 years old
oh nvm its like 12 years old
overstocked liquidated server psus are cheap
i'll give you that

Yup
And quite frankly, the use case for a PSU of that wattage is probably gonna work just as well in a rack as a workstation
Only advantage of the workstation is it looks pretty
Or even in a dual PSU workstation where you could use two lower wattage PSUs. Would be more expensive than old server stock, but still cheaper than that 1.2kW unit
@unkempt lagoon you'll get a better answer in #peripherals-and-displays btw
Okay I’ll ask there, thank you!
Eek, so much storage with deals
@slow sluice Have you seen the WD1000CHTZ drives selling new on Ebay for 35 bucks? I posted it a while back but I'm pretty sure they're still doing it, so you could post that too if you want
I haven't, but I usually avoid eBay deals
Bad experiences with ebay?
That sucks. I actually do a lot of my buying, and almost all my selling there
I guess it's more third party sellers I avoid for posting
Well I have bought from the listing 2 separate times now and it's been fine. I guess while I'm at I might as well post it since I know which listing it is
Ah screw it, trying to do anything on mobile sucks
Whats the purpose of bringing up the fact that it's on residential 120v? Lmao
It's a PSU it's supposed to step up the power lol
Hello! I am brand new. Newegg sent the invite as I am about to pull the plug on my first gaming PC at age 50. Guess I need a little extra reassurance I am getting the right one. So far all the research I have done has led me to this.
#building-and-recc-chat may be more suited for your purposes
@obsidian crest you can dm me the link
Lol even on sale?
What's your budget/what are you looking for performance wise?
That's on sale?
Even worse
Mostly top 1440p
Okay 1 sec
Not sure I can even see 4k at my age

So if you'd like to spend 2.5k there's this https://www.newegg.com/abs-ali555/p/N82E16883360185?itemPosition=1-11&exactIndex=1 but this will do 1440p nicely for way less money, I'd get this https://www.newegg.com/abs-ali565/p/N82E16883360195?itemPosition=1-12&exactIndex=2 @obsidian crest
Actually I would prefer to pay much less than $2700 so let mne check those out
Then I'd grab the 2nd one
The 1st isn't really worth the money it's way less value than the 3060 ti build
I did see the ABS was the one other brand this YouTuber didnt hate
Gamers nexus?
Yeah abs do the best stuff prebuilt wise
Skytech are overpriced and hit and miss tbh
Yes Gamer Nexus
I would feel almost zero giult withthat ABs yoiu sent
And I used to run a company called ABS it enabled me to buy my house 20 years ago which I am getting ready to cash out on....Kizmitt
ABS is indeed good
Yeah a 3060 ti is about 90% of the performance of a 3070 so a pretty nice 1440p card
Yes I did determin I needed at least that card ijn my research. Do you think this would out perform or perform equally as well as a PS5 please dont laugh
Would be better
I just want access to all the games especially older polished ones
Tired of streaming with GeForce Now
PS5 is weaker than 3060ti
Ok thx Foxy
Better
I think I am going to go buy the sucker thanks so frigging much!!!!!

I will be back you guys/gals/whatev are awesome
:)
It's under "text and images"
thanks
@dark notch why get the P34A80 drive when the sn750 is cheaper?
Reason: Bad word usage
its a terribad ssd
No NVMe is gonna have more than four channels
It's a four lane spec
Oh lol
so the SN750 SE has pcie 4.0, but cant even get 4.0 speeds because its limited by the speed of the nand and the controller
and it doesnt have dram
Max Sequential Read Up to 3600 MBps
Max Sequential Write Up to 2830 MBps
keep in mind
this is PCIe 4.0
these are 3.0 speeds

Don't buy it as a pcie 4 drive lol, that'd be dumb
It's a gen 3 drive, just with a next gen controller
its a glorified sn550
Meh
I mean its still a good drive at a great price
You're acting like a sn550 is bad or something
sn550 is cheap
i feel like many people think like the SN750 SE is just an updated sn750
which its not
its a worse sn750
lol oops didn't see the SE
just look at the pcb
both 1tb drives
look at the sheer size difference of the two controllers

dram cache isn't everything - tbh I just go off of windshields's list
physical size isnt everything

which tier list is this
pcie gen4 and HMB is kinda nice imo
#storage-devices pins
It's using the ram the system already has
sto
RAGE LMFAO
So it's about latency?
@tough bronze
why is Sn750 higher tier than phison e12
Your OS is caching storage in ram anyway
copium activated
if you want to buy your dramless ssd do it bro
but im just saying for $2 more get an ssd with dram
well its more like sn750 se is dumb because its dramless
any benchmarks to prove?
shame anandtech didnt review sn550
second link
I remember seeing an anand tech comparison tho
sn750 SE is the E19t
I like sth better anyway
sn550 is a perfectly good ssd.
its much much better than sata

but its not as good as full fledged nvme ssds
bUt It'S dRaMlEsS
what
only if you're one of those clowns who thinks that read latency increases your monitor response time
lol
Given his thoughts on why HMB is bad, you're probably not far off
its not just read latency
ok then what is it, because that's the SN750s largest weakness
yet to see any real world benchmarks or proof
also HMB isn't a big deal at light QD
it matches it in basically every catagory
It's pretty hot/power hungry too
HMB is fine
E12 is a controller, SN750 is an entire SSD
wow incredible observation
"reference phison e12 ssds"
wat
SN750 has much better sustained perf then quite a few E12 SSDs
actually compare 2 drives and not just say "e12" like all ssds which use the same controller perform the exact same please
when we refer to sustained im referring specifically to native write
how the two drives behave throughout drifferent fill capacities is entirely different aswell
I'd think copy would be most relevant to normie users
E12 uses dynamic SLC, and will have a large buffer when empty
SN750 uses static and will be remarkably consistent throughout different fill states
sequentials?
Which would be write when cache and buffer is exhausted, yes?
like full drive writes?
most of the time yep, but some drives will get stuck folding
F
the SSD tier list methedology is in the guide and you can see that sequentials play a part in how they are tiered
you're making a dumb blanket statement
use case?
or was it $97
doesn't really matter which one you pick
They're pretty comparable, I go with the cheaper one
just buy $80 dramless pcie 3.0 then
would get the P34a80 if oyu only had PCIE 3.0
not sure how SN750-SE performance scales from 3.0-4.0
there's actually not much info on the SN750-SE at all so its position in tier-B is more like a "thats probably where it will go" once there's more reviews oni t
sn750se is a decent gen3 drive that just happens to use gen4
its like a slightly glorified e13t
SN750-SE is nothing like regular SN750
Yup
yup
Which is why it should be cheaper, like it is rn
just like how the e18 is a slightly glorified e12
sure
well
E16 is yeah
e18 is 12nm, extra cortex core
a lot better in randoms than e12/e16
did not get the meme
Well, E18 is a slightly glorified E16 and E16 is a slightly glorified E12, so by the transitive property of glorification the E18 is a moderately glorified E12
Did I do the math right?
E18 is quite a bit different than E16
e18 is a pretty big improvement over e16 but yea for the sake of funny meme
So probably more like somewhat glorified?
Innogrit Rainier IG5236 is king
Imagine using arm smh
When are we gonna see more mainstream risc-v drives?
e19t is e13t with up 50% faster nand (1200mt/s) vs 800 mt/s and pcie 4.0
barely saturates 3.0 tho
phison e26 when
This was more than three years ago now 😦
https://abopen.com/news/fadu-announces-worlds-first-risc-v-ssd-controller/

Minimum peak sequential write - 128KB block size: 3000MB/S

Minimum 50GB copy transfer rate (Diskbench): 600MB/s

not seeing how SN750 falls into tier a
also p5 plus is in tier S twice
Fork and make a PR lol
based on THW reviews it is

oops
was scrolled up
@dark notch results are actually based on this, which indicate a variation in software/test setup over time
ah, that's megabits per second
or MBps
i take that's what it is?
no
then the result would be 8 fold
their testing mebbe just cursed
i would imagine possibly a software change/update
but drives tiering changes based on where they stand in newer reviews
None of the values matching between graphs is a good sign
is or isnt
The general trend stays the same
the SN750 review was updated more than a year ago, and was originally published even further before
meltdown mitigations etc maybe?
Pretty drastic - but idk what kind of synthetic load / system that is
sean will talk abit about stuff changing like drive conditioning and what not
so stuff like that may have changed aswell
either way based on the updated info SN750 is in the right tier
the tier list methedology is kind of a "just there for credibility thing" but we try to follow it
it's still getting changed since it's not perfect and probably won't be for a while
because having a set in stone methodology for something like SSDs where performance can vary greatly based on testing methodology, firmware revision, the current cycle of the moon, etc is a little difficult
i imagine it was probably a change in diskbench though that made the difference here
well anyways, i just dont see what makes the sn750 (and 970 evo tbh) a tier above the normie drives
such as e12

970 evo is B tier
evo plus
e12 is not a drive its a controller
drives based on the reference phison desigh
Where would you place a p4510/p4610
Those U.2? it's a consumer ssd tier list except for the p5800x which is in there as a joke
because if you look at stuff like the og p34a80, the inland premium, they are literally the same as the reference phison e12 design
Yes
Probably S tier though considering enterprise drive
what flash does reference use lol
that barely affects it
also they are legit not fast enough for A-tier but you can check
LOL
or interface
bics3 64L is the es that anandtech got
inland has bics4
oh waits thats e12s
p34a80 e12 is the same bics3
basically all e12 drives are e12s now
like all the other e12 bar the one or two with custom firmware
go prove that they belong in A tier and maybe some will be bumped
mp510 for one
i think there was one E12 drive that was in A tier for a bit, the addlink s70 but there wasn't enough recent info on it to keep there
all E12 drives are probably E12S by now, so they need some more up to date performance metrics
and when i was going through a lot of the generic E12 drives they just didnt make the cut for A-tier
evo plus does, and it's going to be even deeper in after the elpis switch
very good native write though
the firecuda has custom firmware tho
:p
toms hw hasnt reviewed any other e12 drives at 1tb
but lemme see if i can find
because firmware affects performance
Are they? You can't verify a complex electronic circuit like that just by looking at a photo
Also, if you disagree with the list just make a PR
ask anandtech
i cant xray the drive
to find every minor trace layout
Well, quick review and they're definitely not identical. Not sure if it's in an important way though
No clue if the nand is the same ofc, but given the lack of options for a good nand chip it probably is
as a mp510 owner, mp510 wack
yes wack
X-RAY THE SN550 AND COUNT THE WORD LINES FIND OUT IF ITS BICS5
is bics3 still even on consoomer drives
would imagine its all bics4 or imft now
Im looking for a laptop thats 1440p and 144hz i need it for high school and collage also for games like val, cod, gta, minecraft, and light 1080p video editing
can anyone help
1,500-2,000 usd
Doesn't exist in your budget. Best you can do is 1080p 144Hz.
ok np
would 2,500 max work
You could get a Lenovo Legion 7 with 1440p 165Hz, AMD 5800H, RTX 3070, and 1tb of SSD for $2100
Reason: Bad word usage
thats nice
could i get that link
A fairly highly recommended model too
It looks like it's a custom link that won't work when shared, you've have to choose the parts and add it to your cart yourself.
ok thx
At least that lets you customize it too if you wanted different parts than I chose
Not trying to crap on the wd hard drive deals, but Newegg has started selling OEM drives for the wd, which means there is no WD 3 year warranty included.
Oops that was the "slim" model link, here's the REAL one https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/configurator/cto/index.html?bundleId=82N6CTO1WWUS1
index
i dont think that worth
What's not worth it is the 3080 model being $2800
i think 2500$ is good
Not enough, I want transistor level analysis of the nand flash. See if there are any easter eggs
No x-rays, optical or electron microscope only
theres a reason for that
yea
@west coral do you know what time tomorrow that deal expires?
both tomorrow @ 11:59 PST
nvm EGGFIRST lasts till the end of the year
Unfortunately not in Cali and don't feel like doing an IP spoof rn
Does it work from "where youre ordering from" or where you're shipping to?
I'm guessing if it's Cali exclusive it's only shipped to Cali or something
NELATIMES code is not regional tho
look at it with your eyes
@azure pond can you edit your message to include the price?
I'd avoid that Westinghouse monitor if possible, haven't heard very good things about any of their monitors
Yeah I've only seen a couple models from them that are even worth getting. They're the bargain brand that takes the panels other brands rejected.
@merry void I love the item name on that PSU
👍
Gold Power Supply and A Backplane Could Be Mounted on PC Case with Magnets to Provide for Connections to All Components. Best Solution for Cable Management.
Pure gold
I thought there was some issue with that PSU
oh yea when reviewed, it was really loud and high emi
but not actual bad issues
Lol that's even louder than the leadex iii 750
kitguru found the L3 750 to be pretty quiet
and even cybenetics its an "A"
which is not bad
yeye there's always the dba vs pitch
lower dba higher pitch noise is more annoying than higher dba lower pitch noise
yes
it's logarimithic iirc
but there's just how annoying it is
louder humming noise vs quieter high pitch noise
yes
both
higher pressure higher noise level kind of
higher frequency higher pitch
imagine it being a scale like this, @lunar thorn
Huge speaker playing bass really loud on the top left, a sharp but fairly quiet noise your smoke detector might make when battery dies on the bottom right, jet engine on the top right
nice now you need to spend $200 and 50 hours of troubleshooting to get a decent print

you can learn a lot with 3d printing
If you need to spend 50 hours to get a decent print out of a stock ender 3 - the printer isn't the problem
lol
Either that or the printer is completely busted, but the user is still the problem and hasn't realized
one day ill get to fixing my printer 😔
@errant furnace So, where do you live in?
If the US it's easy to get a decent laptop at that range
has anyone added the m27q into tech deals yet? at $290 rn on wegg
Was 269 for bit, was in then but 290$ still nais
[Insert gigabyte product exploding joke here]

@civic sun really nice deal
indeed, basically the price of a pc37x so why not
Ya
balanced
Pc38x supposed to be pretty nice
It's fairly neutral
They worth the 129? I'm considering it
Pretty close to curve, don't remember what curve crinacle uses
Prob Harman curve
Great if you also have the budget to grab an amp/dac, at least a dongle.
Im considering buying them for my brother as a gift
Thanks! Ill get em after work
just keep in mind it has a bit of what you may call headset tax
It's as good as a good 100$ headphone, plus a bit extra for that mic on the headphones, that kinda thing
but pc38x for 130$ is pretty great
Does anyone know where i can get replacements for the fosm parts that go over speakers on a pair of hd600s
I mean
you want upgraded pads or just replacement pads
because you could get like dekoni pads if you want like
https://dekoniaudio.com/product/dekoni-audio-epz-hd600-elite-velour-ear-pads-for-sennheiser-hd600-headphones/
but much cheaper to grab just replacement pads
I have ghe leather version of those
I meant the part that actually covers the speaker
oh I'm not sure if you could actually replace those
the bits that cover the driver
Its just annoying because they are super worn
Yeah i might do that
Idk why you wouldnt be able to theyre like
Tiny pieces
The pc38x is a very nice headset and at that price if you were looking for a new headset why not
@light bay hey so about the making new account for that 100 dollar coupon. Do you do it on the website or at the store?
On website afaik
Ok thanks
