if your headphones are plugged directly into the motherboard sound card there shouldnt be any delay unless there was a settings you changed to add a delay. does this happen in all apps? one common fix for audio problems is if you go to sound control panel, go to properties on the device and under advanced or enhancements check disable all enhancements. you can also try disabling exclusive mode or hardware acceleration for the audio device

ow you might have to research that sound bar and what kind of processing it uses, av receivers and sound bars often use some kind of sound processing which leads to a delay but some have some corrections to compensate for delay. this might be a setting within the sound bar. its also possible for the streaming service to cause it. if you can try things like streaming from web browser, using a different web browser, seeing if there is a app available to download for the service(preferably not from the microsoft store but if that's the only option you can try it)

Yes. Let it try and start, then hit reset switch. Do this 2-3 times until you get StartUp repair options. You'll get to a screen with 3 options. Choose Troubleshoot. Then Advanced options. Then, Safe mode.

I didn't come up with much after reading for a while on how to repair Windows. If none of the options you've used so far work, go into the BIOS and make sure your Boot Device is UEFI
If that doesn't work, it looks like a full reinstall with the windows.old thing

That drive needs to be shelved. A new drive needs to be installed that you can load an OS onto. Then you need to put the problem drive back in the system, pull off your data, and wipe it and start over again

I would also go to the BIOS and make sure the USB is being booted as UEFI and not legacy.

My Windows 10 installation doesn't like to stay asleep. It wakes up about 5 seconds after it's put to sleep. Is there a way that I could fix this?
I even have it set to sleep after 30 minutes, but when it goes to sleep, it does the same thing.

From a software developer's view, 32 bit is limiting because your processes can only address 4GiB of memory.
As well, I believe some SIMD extensions are only available on amd64, meaning x86 may have slower vector math in situations like physics and particle simulation.

I was having trouble getting Windows to stay asleep. As it turns out, it was my Ethernet port waking it up. I ran a command which gave me the information that some PCIe device was creating wake events, and I thought it was my GPU. I wasn't really able to do anything to fix it, so I tried unchecking the box for allowing the device to wake the computer. Now it actually stays asleep.
