Let me see
Everything low but high view distance
Because you need to see the default dance from a mile away
look i already see on ethat is alot better for same price
this a good one but maybe i can find a better one with better cpu
k
That one will blow the other out of the water
What is his budget
@eager leaf where is the psu in that purple build?
That one is booty
ye
ya
so I can buy from newegg.com
@frigid night in the back
k
that's cool as heck. makes for a really clean looking build
but uhh.. that cable management though 😄
lol
k
It's hard managing 12 different fan cables and everything else
I bet. I only jest haha
LMAO
what on earth is this
😭
IK
pc
amazon
Just 1 stick?
or newegg
Just 1 stick?
or most pc shops
Believe the technical term is a monstrosity
its actually pee c
because its peepee
but also a pc
1700 cad so it's not as bad but it's still terrible
Hmmm
why
using 1 stick of ram instead of 2 has the potential to decrease your gaming performance by up to 80%
yeah
yes
1 stick of ram basically turns a 3090 PC into ewaste
why exactly do you want 128gb ram?
Sounds like an Alienware thing to do
dude
lol
my old laptop before i knew anything about computers
i thought it was fine because it had 16gb ram
Dell or hp?
i upgraded from 1x16gb to 2x8gb
nooooo
25 fps lows went to 120 fps lows
even worse
worse
I single 32gb stick
Lenovo

Lenovo?
lenovo is one of the best laptop oems lol what
Oh laptop?
Lenovo thinkpad
Lmao
a-sus
You sus
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Asussy?

wait
asussy baka
Only issue my lenovo has is bad battery
my mother board is asus
But gaming laptop
asus worst brand
Reason: Bad word usage
??
Lmfao
Owned
What best brand
lmao
lmao
British
best brand is zhaoxin
I have a asus motherboard
can't wait for zhaoxin + huananzhi collab
is that bad
no, unless you ever need to warranty it
no asus prime is ok
asus has the worst customer support in the industry
well I bought my pc from newegg
ah
good, then you don't need to go with asus customer support
just go with whoever sold you the prebuilt
it's their problem not yours
yep
GT 1030
i recently bought a graphics card that makes the GT 1030 look powerful
Its pretty good
Intel core 2 duo IGPU
400 dollars?
GT 1030 is 5 times more powerful than the card i bought
on sale it was less
but costs 10 times more
Lol
you couldve got better spec
M27q pog wdym
The pc is in cad.. remember that
yes
Plus i think pcs tend to be more expensive in canada to begin with
Cute
single fan
ummm
I got a tri fan
nzxt h510 vibe
ya
Kaboom
atx case, actual cpu cooler, atx psu
lol i saw a 3060Ti FTW3 ultra for $480 this morning
Just make a blower 3090 TI and put that In a H510 with a 12900Ks cooled by a Intel stock cooler from the 12400
hws?
yeah
it seems ur a fan of over spending on garbage
we are not yet at the point where buying gpus from retail is a viable option
fr
I already own a pny
3060 ti all the way
Whh would I get another
imagine the people who paid $650 for that card
I know how mediocre they are
pny is top tier lmao
what
nothing is wrong with PNY
PNY is the board partner that makes all of NVIDIA's highest end datacenter cards
Max Video Card Length
10.63 in. (270.00 mm)
i wonder if that 3080ti is still $600
my 3090 was struggling in minecraft yesterday
Me when Java edition is terribly optimized
got it down to 25 fps
shaders had it down to about 80 fps average
1440p
Ah
SEUS shaders maxed out
seus is amazing
at least it looked pretty
If it was 1080p I would just be sad
Last words before someone falls into a volcano
*single fan
i want to try the ptgi shaders when 3060ti
7+1 pin*
i tested a single fan 3070 once
what.
it settled at 66C mining
that’s so good
science
Real
i stuck my fingers in those fans for 15 minutes
They should hire you
to let it hit steady state
Metal fan blades on GPU when?
Terrawatt psu moment
With jagged edges
buy it
If my manager would assign me shifts maybe i could get money 😔
demonic pc fan
You pay for the 3090ti in blood sacrifice
12 monthly payments of a pint of blood each month
Nah
A quart a week
For a year
Still can survive that but you need to suffer a little for the sacrifice
I don't need legs if I'm at my desk all the time enjoying my 3090ti
Wheelchairs let's goooo
My cousins looking for a good prebuilt for Max of 1500 anyone got any good ones? Doesn’t have to be exactly 1500 either
is this including monitor, keyboard, mouse and everything or just the tower
Nah just desktop
If it’s like one that comes with it that would work too just tryna help my aunt look for one
Thanks
actually last is def best deal
First and last are decent yeah
3000mhz rams
eh its fine
it'll be fine
I mean you can replace rams easily but still its annoying they putting 3000mhz instead regular 3200mhz
No need 3200 vs 3000 is very little diff
ofc upgrading from 3000 to 3200 not worth it bu can replace it with better ones
I mean I would do it at least lol
$150 refurb 970 evo plus, then return/replace if the specs are junk.
Is the 3080 an FE? That's when $700 would be semi-legit.
Keep going I need a single fan gpu
I can try
ehh for an 11400 its not worth

Card just might be slightly too big
I think its the lip right here
This part
Idk
Still sucks
Was excited
I've seen people say shift the mobo a little
Dunno if I should
Eh the mobo screws/holes don't allow much movement.
The 1660s legs fit fine
Yea
Disappointing but I guess that's expected
Out of ideas on how to fix it

If someone can find a fix il uh
PayPal 5 bucks
Is the card not going into the slot?
Yea
It can't go far down enough
I don't think its the legs, the 1660s has the same bend
Maybe too wide
Insert the card at an angle and make sure the tabs that are flat along the card have enough room to go behind the board
It's a finicky process with tight spaces like that
Yea
Very tight
(Ik it isn't lined up just showing how tight it is)
The only other solution would try to shift the board by a fraction away from the back but won't be easy too do (and I noticed that I understand)
can you show like a side by side comparison of the two cards' legs?
The thicker pcie bracket is probably what was not taken into consideration by the aibs
Can you send a picture of the area where the ports will be? That's where you're having the issue right?
Which ones the left one it's top and bottom in the photo
But i meant of the case bit actually
Hmm
This?
Yup but could you try capture the top bit of the case that's cut off?
Yup
Hmm I'd probably loosely uncrew that screw a bit so you can try nudge the board over.. that's most likely what's causing the issue
Lol
Stick beat me by upload time
Yeahh faster mobile data let's goo
Yeah i get better upload speeds on my 4g as well compared to my 12mbps up wifi
Doesn't budge just from one screw
My wifi is only for my PC with 9mbps of upload and large files
Hm
Try to loosen a few other but not entirely remove them
Once you get the tabs to fit in then screw them down slowly and ensure the gap doesn't close
Might be worth slightly loosening a few more then
is the bracket on the back of the gpu warped by any chance
has the gpu been deep fried
Looks slightly warped
thats actually normal
i think it supposed to look like that, it kinda goes outwards into on the outside of the case
Huh never noticed
Well it looks normal to me
i dont know if thats the problem
can you stack your 6600 on the 1660s
and send a pic
i know what you're talking about but idk the term for that
Wrong chat sorry
Why are you like this
It is a good
Q
Do y’all know how I can change my key binds with the adapter ?
Everything’s working except the keybind changing
hello
hi
What is the diffrence between a regular cpu and a ES version?
Ones an engineering sample and one is a retail version
Eh sorta cpu
es can also not be stable or as good as retail version
its technically illegal to buy them aswell
Alr
i wouldnt get one unless its WAY WAY cheaper than the retail version, you know the source is trusted, and you know that specific ES model is stable
yeah i was looking at a 12900k for 250 es

I am thinking about upgrading from a R5 3600 to a R9 5900x should I get an aio or just use the stock cooler
5900x doesn’t come with a cooler
and the 3600 cooler is nowhere near good enough for the 5900x
I would get an aio like liquid freezer II
280mm at least
^
@little osprey thank u
Ye
I was looking at the EK 240mm Corsair aio
I was also wondering would it be worth switching to a 5600 from the 3600
oh damn okay
I was just about to ask, I'm switching from a 5600x to a 5900x and was wondering if there was a cooler better than a fuma 2 or nhd15
just wanna know an adequate cooler
what cooler do you currently have?
since I got the 5600x, I figured that I didn't need an aftermarket cooler, so I just use stock
yeah youll want a better cooler for sure
yeah, I've heard the 5900x can get toasty lol
liquid freezer 280 is nice
consider deepcool AK620 for air cooler, otherwise for an AIO go for 280mm or better
^
240mm is fine if only gaming but why would you buy a 5900x for gaming
yeah I'm currently buying one bc I'm tryna edit videos and its straining the 5600x a bit
thanks lol
is there any aio brand that particularly stands out? or is just any 280mm rad good within reason?
just about any 280mm, 360mm, or 420mm AIO will do great, so you can pick what looks best in your opinion
or if you don't care about looks then get the liquid freezer ii
liquid freezer ii also has RGB version if you still want top notch performance but don't mind paying extra for RGB on top
ooh that would be nice
is there a kit I can get w/o fans? I've used phanteks fans entirely in my case so ideally I'd like to stay identical
if not it's no big deal
no, aios are never sold without fans
you'd have to go custom loop to buy a rad without fans
it's generally bad practice to sell an incomplete product because no matter how clear you make it that you'll need to add fans some idiot is going to use it as is and leave it 1 star and return it and waste your money on the return lol
ahhh, that makes sense lol
you could always just grab the non RGB version and put your own fans on it
sell the fans for a couple bucks or keep them as backups
just make sure your phanteks fans have decent static pressure
radiator fans are generally a little different from case fans
static pressure is more important than raw airflow numbers when you're trying to push air through radiator fins
oh damn, I had no idea
alr then I'll probably end up using the included fans anyhow
if you know what model fans check the spec sheet
if you're worried about aesthetics a lot it's a valid concern to have mismatched fans lol
my aio has different fans from my case, and while they look just about the same when set to white like I always do, they sometimes look a little different when set to other colors
like if I set everything to red my aio fans are considerably darker than my case fans
yeah, that's the sort of thing I'd be worried about
although I guess black fans would sorta hide and wouldnt be in the way, so if I drop the RGB I can save a few bucks and keep technically on theme
could consider running push/pull as well with included fans on top hidden and rgb fans on the bottom
if you have enough space above your motherboard
ooh true true
yeah, I've got plenty of space; I got the Phanteks Eclipse p500a, which admittedly is a bit more case than I needed, enough to fit a second ITX build up in the top, but the airflow is super nice
I'm familiar with that case it is indeed a tank
I thought o11 would be more case than I needed until I got a 3090 strix now it's too small
damn, no kidding!
it takes considerable effort to close the case and the gpu is so close to the glass that it increases temps by 6C
so I just leave it open
if I close the glass it's just eating its own exhaust back immediately lol
That was part of my motivation to get the fractal torrent, GPUs are only getting bigger
my next case might be the hyte y60, just not sure how the air cooling performance will be
I still don't have interest in custom loops
ooh, thats a very cool case design
a bit concerned about how close gpu fans are to the glass with a 3 slot air cooler
I do kind of wish they had an option to just push the gpu mount as far back as possible, I don't need other pcie cards
Yeah you're not fitting a 3090 ti in there, and any expansion cards need to be low profile
I know that being able to vertical mount and still use half height pcie cards is a selling point of the case though
lol I could put my cute little r5 240 behind the main gpu to drive monitors with
if it's radeon it won't interfere with installing latest nvidia drivers
and it itself can install latest (modded) radeon drivers
Just wait till the 4070 comes out w/ a extremely bad single fan cooler comes out!
Ventus 1x
LMAO
Best I can do is gigabyte
sory what is a good powersuply for 3060 ti?
What country are you in?
Any 650w or higher in A tier or B tier of this list
https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
I found one hear but it looks pretty pricey
https://dk.pcpartpicker.com/product/WxL48d/corsair-rm-2019-650-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020194-na
Ok thx
Pfft, its name is Lucky the dragon
yo it would be awesome is Corsair made a gold-rated CM series
Why lol?
budget-oriented gold-rated PSU
1 gold rating is just a slight bit more efficient at converting power from the wall to DC ,2 gold doesn't have anything to do woth quality
ah
The corsair cx non m is like a b tier bronze unit
ah I meant CXm
But usually other companies for budget psus
Corsair is very usually not good for perf/money
understandable though
I only use Corsair’s PSUs at this point after using a mouse and keyboard from them
but I’ve also had Vengeance RAM in my PC for years though (with no issue)
As a proof of point the gigabyte p gm has alwas been 80+ gold
And it literally explodes
So
The only good thing corsair can actually make is some cases
Because they just rebrand power supplies
True
honestly I barely even like their cases
X000D airflow lineup very nais
Yup and the non airflow is fine especially if you get it for cheaper and corsair sends you out or you buy an airflow panel from them for not to much or just run no front panel
well duh, the explosion is gold color
I love gpu’s
question! my evga queue just popped for a ftw3 3080 and i can financially afford it at around 1k with shipping and tax. i'm currently running a ryzen 9 5900x with an rx580 8 gb so it'd be a hella huge upgrade, but would it make more sense to wait until the 40 series launch or the new radeon 7000s?
thats a questions only you can really answer.... can you hold off for like 4-5 months
probably, but im worried we'll run into another huge gpu shortage when the new ones come out. my evga queue took about a year to pop
i dont think so.... evga 3080 12gb ftw3's are actually available in stock for 1k atm
hm.. so you reckon when the 40 series drops it won't be insane to hope to get one? im figuring the 40 series will be a good bit better than the 30 series at around the same MSRP but who knows with this whole mess
yeah the perf out of the 40 series is supposed to be a large jump but idk about the same msrps
ahh this is the worst part about pc building lmaooo get a 2 yr old card or wait and risk waiting for the new and better ones only to have the stock be scalped to hell
Pc building: spend like 1-2k on a pc for it to not be good in a couple years time
Who looks that far forward? I'm living in the now
2 yrs doesn't automatically change how good a pc is. 1080 Ti was supreme for 1080p & still is dang good for that res even in some socalled aaa games. Some are optimized better than others.
I mean. my pc was mid to begin with
It takes a long time for a GPU to become so obsolete it can't run current games
even if it will, 30 series will be cheaper
people will panic sell just before the launch
thats true 😮 i think i may end up getting the 3080 and if i get my hands on a 40 series i'll just sell the 3080. net loss probably but still not bad
as in get a 3080 rn?
Is it fine if i buy diffrent ram but same spec?
is 2tb samsung 970 evo plus for 165$ worth it ?
It's a good drive, I'd say hands down yes
12GB 3080 under $900 would be pretty good. I'm probably headed for a 3070, but we'll see. I do like the 80 tiers, & more than 8GB would be good. Oh heck, even the 10GB 3080 would be nice for the right price.
Think that was a very temporary deal on amazon. I was reading reddit msgz about it.
https://mikepc.com.au/products/rtx-3070-32gb-3200mhz-ram-i5-10400f-500gb-nvme-ssd-1tb-hdd Is this a good deal?

That's in AUD?
Oh hell no they have a gigabyte pgm in there
What garbage can did they dig that bomb out of?
If you change the power supply to something that won't explode then yes, that's not much more than it would cost to build yourself. The parts themselves are mostly sensible, except that power supply.
Even then it's not exactly worth it at that proce
Still better parts than most prebuilts, and actually lists them
Eh, even in Australia that's super overpriced
#building-and-recc-chat message I bought mine for 185.00 and I love it
Why would you respond that way instead of just selecting the reply option
I'm dumb
I have a memory question
DDR$3600 and 4000 is their a perormance diffrence if so is it noticeable?
DDR4
What timings
right now i am runnin g what poet told me to get the 3600 cl16
my system runs kick ass just curious
BTW thanks to everyone here that helped mee build it
3600c16 and 4000c18 perform near the same ignoring imc things
I guess there's worse than it... https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/WFTPXy
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12400F, GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
When I parted it out it was 2k AUD not including software
Ye but why buy 10700 and a z590 new anymore
And it includes a monitor
Thought gpu prices had gotten better in upside down land
1080p 27" but it's something
Yeah
i got the 3060Ti and love it
paid around 550 for it, that was the only change I did to the specs the peeps here told me to get
so glad I followed everyones advice building my PC, it runs like a dream
Awesome! That's what we like to hear
Must be some Amazon prices or smth…
Fr
A lot of questionable choices there too
All corsair build, fine if that's your thing, but that memory...
Hey at least they are happy lmao
i guess thats what really matters in the end to 99.99% of people
$1600 of it is the corsair fans

super cheap. but pretty darn sturdy
wait
pretty big! i'm looking for a 55 about.
hm that's not the one
idk why that link popped up
let me find the right one
hm
looks like the link that is in my orders takes me to an entirely different desk
weird.
maybe they stopped making yours.
possibly, but I just got it like 5 weeks ago

i've been looking at this
Is Wayfair reliable?
ok so in that link I sent. thje last option that says available for like 120$ is the one I got except 55"
and it was only $20 lol
the rustic brown one
not hard wood
the wood looking part is like fake lol
I don't mind though because I have my magic mats sitting on top
yep you too 🙂
i've been scouring Facebook Marketplace lol
that's not awful for $50
But I need them to deliver thats my problem
no it is not. 🤣 - Tha't s a nice desk for $50 btw, also why I like having a truck. Moving that around wouldn't be fun though.
my uncle DOES have a truck but he's busy more often than not.
I'm thinking maybe I should get the desk first, before the RAM, or the presumed 3080 12gb
I'd tell em $70 if they delivered, lol.
heck yeah for sure.
"put it in the corner for me and i'll make it $100"
i have a bookshelf though I would maybe need to move
I like desks that can at least handle me standing on em. Next desk I buy/build might just be a solid core door on 4x4" legs or something.
Reason: Bad word usage
yea a desk could go by that window - imagine if bot was smart enough to warn and just block out the supposed curse words but still show a message, haha.
A discord addon could theoretically do that, but it would have to be client side
Yo falcie i started work on porting pixel experience to my samsung a52
Im having a lotta fun
oh neat. no biggie though. catmanplan, can't believe I haven't seen it yet. Going to maybe tomorrow finally
That should be a fun project yeah
It is. Its gonna be a pain as well but will be my first custom os so am hyped about it
I would much rather have that desk
In a few days about a week. I get paid and am gonna see if they can bring it
I wood really like it.
Yes, because most of the pc desk are about thin desk, thin desk legs and yea
I mean, for design tho
but ill prefer storage
and plus the colour of the desk looks like from the 1900s which is nice
I'm from the late 1900s we have something in common
i see how the mods work
that's just the bot
my current desk is so sad im not sure i even wanna share a picture of it
the one i have in my dorm is very nice though
Either a cheap workstation or a prebuilt is what i need
i meant what's the computer gonna be used for specifically. im curious because you used the word workstation
It needs to be good enough to play minecraft at 40 or 50 frames and to do schoolwork
Ik it sounds stupid
I can spend around 100 or when i get re employed, around 200 or 300
Yikes
i see the outline of an x79 build forming
did you wanna build it yourself or do you just need a system?

I just need whatever parts i can find and slap em together into a rig, if its prebuilt thats fine aswell
what country are you in
America. The people who i was talkin to last night said looking locally would be good
yea that can definitely be a good option
Im thinking it'd be best to look for an older workstation. like an HP Z420 or Z440, and similar systems from dell and whatnot
Locally or not second hand is basically your only option
Lemme check into those systems
probably out of your budget though, optiplex's are a good bet too
try to find systems to you that have 3rd or 4th gen i5's or i7's that seem like a good price. then post those listings here so we can take a look.
I can check eBay in the meantime to see if there's anything good there. hopefully shipping costs dont kill the price
Ok
@burnt glen do you already have a drive that you can transfer to the new PC? like from your current PC or something
Yeah i looked into the z series prebuilts
Tons
drives that wont die in a year and arent horribly slow?
alright lol
I have like 4 i can swap out rn, might need to move data but thats alr
im finding a lot of good systems on ebay rn, ill send my best picks in a bit
link?
This wouldve been perfect
oh its oos
Bro
What the heck did i find here
This shib looks really scam like
ChatterVox Original Complete Plus
Thats what im sayin
It looks hella interesting

If you can afford the more expensive one, I'd go for it. As for the cheaper one, he has offers enabled so if you want that one you should try offering something like 130 first. If you need a cheaper system I can send one
Both of these have unlocked CPUs btw, so you could overclock if you wanted to. Pretty sure these systems' BIOS's let you overclock
Yeah i would def buy if i had the money rn but i cant put my last 200 bucks into these sadly
Those are really great deals tho
the cheaper one is still too expensive rn?
the 2nd one's price is the current bid, with the buy it now option + shipping it's about 250
Yeah
do you need me to look for a cheaper system?
Honestly i might just wait until im re employed, then i should be able to afford the more expensive one
how long will that be?
it could be out of stock by then, but that shouldnt matter because there would likely be a lot of other good deals though
Start of may
oh pretty soon
Yea
good luck 👍
ye
btw, these systems are really cheap to upgrade
especially the ones with the x79/c602 ones, ECC DDR3 is dirt cheap, not to mention the cpus
Alr
Heh
Looked at the x79/c602 gen motherboards and they def fit the 2010 gaming aesthetic
be careful not to stumble into x58 territory lol
lol
gigabyte b660 gaming x, asus prime b660, or msi tomahawk b660? ignoring price because they are fluctuating a lot
Why not msi b660 a pro
Isn’t this matx tho
yeah but doesnt matter unless you need a lot of pcie
Mm true
My ex is wanting to get a PC. She won't be playing many games except learning games for our daughter and maybe something like bejeweled and stuff like diablo 3 (graphics don't have to be top of the line as she doesn't care so much about that). She will want to watch movies on it and browse the internet. Should I go with a prebuilt or can I build her a pc that will do all that for cheaper? Will be using a 24" 1080p monitor.
we were entertaining the idea of a smaller pc if possible?
I'd probably grab this with a 1650 super then add if that's the kind of pc the want otherwise a cheap af 10400 pc maybe

System Builder - Intel Core i3-10100, Cougar MX330-X ATX Mid Tower
It's almost always cheaper to build. During the peak of the shortage was the exception, when you couldn't find a reasonably priced GPU anywhere.
3200mhz cl22
Yes because no xmp on hp boards
Yes. i can verify that
I just got the last of my pc parts (power supply, monitor, and keyboard) from newegg and I'm hella excited I've waited 3 years, just thought I'd say it here
W. send the build in #build-pics when you get to mee6 level 3 and complete your build
Get her an hp pavilion
The CORSAIR iCUE 4000X RGB is a distinctive and customizable tempered glass mid-tower ATX case with easy cable management and exceptional cooling. Two tempered glass panels and dedicated front ventilation channels combine to offer great looks and airflow, accompanied by three included 120mm AirGu...
whats the diff between this and the 4000d airflow if i may ask?
not a damn clue
X has solid front panel
and rgb fans
D airflow has airflow front panel
idk any other major things
i have a td500 rn and it's alright just the cable management on it is awful
i didn't do HORRIBLE at it, but there's no room for any wires to go through, and to the point the back panel is popped out a lil bit
wouldn't kill me to order a new case and send this one back and get my money back, just need to order another fan for the backend but
Mx330-g air if you don't care about looks
and, i know some wires are supposed to poke out a lil bit actually connecting to said thing, but it's a lil brutal that i gotta run a wire across my entire mobo to connect it lol
i do a lil bit
Otherwise, p360a digital would be my next choice
i'm already $2600 down on this thing, mine as well go for looks lol
phantek?
does x still have good airflow going through it though?
i'd go w a p120 crystal but too expensive, and i'd have to buy fans
Not as good, I'd imagine mediocre at best
erm
my td500 was $150, plus the other fan around $175
so if i can under $200 for a case, with fans, i'll be cooling
literally
heh
That's a super high case budget
P400a digital then, though it's overpriced compared to 4000d airflow atm
Ah
Reason: Bad word usage
Alright one minute
i mean i don't plan on it, but i got a potty mouth so it's naturally comin outa there
I'm trying to remember the name of the case pato suggested a while ago for Canada
I think it was Thermaltake smthn but I can't remember
i just looked at my pcpp list and it was $176 for the td500 and 1 case fan
so yeah anything under $200 that's black, has good airflow, can support a 360mm rad on top or front idc, and is compatible with gigabytes fusion software
Any reason you don't want the 4000d airflow?
yeah i know, but would be better if it was just already preinstalled
lil more bang for the buck
lemme check how much they are
Not really how bang for buck works
There's not many cases with good airflow that are same price or cheaper
Artic p12s are very cheap
And are great for their price, some of the best fans on the market
Reason: Bad word usage
omg
i stg
if i woulda got the td500 for it's original 109.99 price in cad, i'd be paying abt $120 for the case, 3 preinstalled argb fans, and a mid controller
so kinda bang for buck, but i get what your saying
$114.99 at best buy for 4000d, but sold out
white one is available tho
4000d airflow is the good version of it
yes lol
I've not heard anything about the td500
So I can't tell you if it's good or not
From taking a quick look it seems like it'd be alright
just wanna get something compatible with the gigabyte app so i can have everything sync together and not have an inconvience of having my 4 fans on controller, gpu and everything else on app. it doesn't sink up and it's annoying
something that really shouldn't bother me but the cable management is horrendous on the backside, absolutely zero space for any wires you have
@earnest olive how's the td500?
i don't like it personally, he may, i don't
Compared to meshify c and 4000d airflow
td500 mesh isn't a bad case, stock fans made a clicking noise at low rpms that drove me crazy, not sure if that was a one off or a problem with the product
i'd take it over meshify c
but i'd take 4000d airflow over it depending on price
About the same price, but fans not included with 4000d
mine doesn't have a clicking noise and i'm not at high rpms
Nor controller
so maybe just bad luck
Then seems like td500 is your winner
comparing how i screwed the single back fan in compared to front, front ones seem like they're on loose
yeahh the 4000d airflow is supposed to be like $40 cheaper than the td500 mesh
and for $40 you could buy your own fans and controller
in canada it ain't
but if they're the same price get the td500 mesh
110 cad is a really good price
I had a 400D now i have a cougar
made zero sense
Mx330-g is $65 rn, but only one exhaust fan included. G air is like 179 lol

The Asus Zephyrus G14 may very well be best gaming laptop of 2022.. but is it good enough to justify the price hike?
