Samsung drive is way overpriced, grab an MP34 or something else. Otherwise looks good but consider a 1440p monitor for the 3070. 1440p 165hz or 144hz

Ok, might need to do a CMOS reset. unplug PC from wall and remove the button cell battery on the motherboard. Might be under your GPU. Leave it out for a couple minutes, put it back in and restart

The pump itself should be connected to the PUMP_FAN1 header

Good. Here's what you need to do. Download Emsisoft and put it on a thumb drive. Restart the machine with the issue into Safe Mode. Hold Shift while you hit the Windows Icon and choose Resart. Then Troubleshoot, Advanced OPtions, Startup Settings, Restart. After it reboots again, choose Option 4 or F4. Once you're in Safe mode, insert thuumb drive and run Emsisoft to scan it.
