Basically, Newegg PC gives you the most performance for the price, it's just able to cut margins down, Xotic gives you a lot more customizability, but they charge a pretty decent premium for that, but does offer a better warranty and support.

My PC runs way too hot and idk why, anyone here with some experience have any ideas on what the issues might be?
I've gone through and checked all the wires and fans, all the fans are running and blowing the right direction (in through the front out through the top and back), I should have enough cooling (RTX 2080 super, AMD 3700X in a Fractal Meshify C, and for cooling I have 2 140mm exhaust fans and a Corsair H115i CPU cooler and the radiator and fans for that in the front). I also know my thermal paste was done well. My GPU and CPU both idle ~45-55C and running most games will shoot me up to 80-90C

What do you mean by "it's running way too hot"?
If by that you mean the CPU temperature spikes up to 50-60C at idle, as far as I can tell that's just how Ryzen works. The cores are put to sleep / woken up thousands of times a second, so every once in a while the temp will spike like that, and the fans freak out. I had to set a custom fan curve basically telling it not to ramp the fans up until 55 or 60 C to stay sane.

Because pump should run at 100%, and pump header is program to be that way, but if you plug pump into fan header, it might not ramp up as it should.

Depends on what kind of cooler you have
For an AIO, it actually takes a while for the fluid inside to get enough heat transferred to it that, like an hour IIRC
You don't have to do that long for a stress test I don't think, but if you want an accurate comparison of one cooler to another, you need to let the CPU be under load long enough for the fluid to get hot, then you can see what kind of job it does

I have a horror story where I woke up to a push notification for a 3080 Strix, clicked on it, it was at Amazon, I clicked Add to Cart, Checkout... then I realized that since I just got a new phone, I hadn't downloaded and signed into the Amazon app yet, so it wanted me to sign in in the browser.

i9 is not what you should look at for high end right now. AMD owns the high end market.
If you won't be doing more than gaming, a 5600X is plenty and kicks the teeth out of most i7/i9
If you want to run a lot things in the background or do video editing, a 5800X or 5900X may be worth it

now when i try to turn it back on it says hdmi no signal, monitor light white --> orange and fans are loud
