if you dont want to worry about a board for a while theres always the tuf x570, will work all the way up to ryzen 5000 no issues

generally the motherboard is the most annoying part to swap so if you plan on sticking with the system for a while it might be better to spend a bit more on it right now and be able to have the system grow with your needs later @strange hinge

You can work with B450(for 5000 series) to right I heard u need to update the bios

iirc TM gets usage rather then allocation so that's fine. Tho given the 11GB of VRAM it may cache more "unneeded" stuff and thus use more. Either way, I'd say 10GB is fine for QHD

I have this picture that might help explain a little. The top m.2 slot without a heatsink had a sticker on it telling me not to use it. Manual said the same thing. So I installed the nvme on the middle one (topmost m.2 slot with a heatsink)
