I built a PC for a friend of mine. I cannot for the life of me figure out why the system does this, but we keep running into issues where the system will start working fine on a clean install, but as time goes on, will create BSOD after BSOD until it is unbootable. It is a BRAND NEW PC, and I cannot figure out if it is hardware malfunctions or not.

Yeah, since tcpip.sys isn't a bsod code - they're generally in all caps

so in that case it'd be CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION

but in any case I would recommend a memory reseat

as the system will often boot with poorly seated memory but BSOD every once in a while/very often

honestly if you're trying to troubleshoot remotely with someone who isn't comfortable doing that much stuff on their own I can't think of much else to try other than memory reseating

in that case I guess you could reinnstall network drivers

since tcpip.sys would in theory correlate to a network driver..

and if it was working fine before you shipped it out it makes it all the more unlikely that it's some random software problem that popped up

We did try driver installs and everything. In fact he was able to get Titanfall 2 downloaded and installed, and played it online

But for whatever reason when he went to download something different, it just up and BSODed
