Then you plug the other one into the wall near your PC, and plug ethernet into the 2nd adaptor, and your PC. Bam you now have Wired Internet without running a cable across your entire house or through the walls. (Note, your speed will vary depending on breakers and house age)

The sciency part of it is basically, the Powerline adaptor will use frequency modulation to bury the Ethernet Signal inside the Power signal.

Nope, all Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs came with good enough stock coolers for stock.
