So like heat wrap for like headers for like a car, it help keeps it from getting to hot when your putting out a lot of power through your motor. Basically that’s what thermal paste is. It’s like a shield

The easiest misunderstood answer is that it helps conduct heat from the CPU to the heatsink to be dissipated

I picked 3600cl16 ram because 3rd gen Ryzen benefits from higher freq ram.
EVGA W1 is just.... a bad PSU, Corsair CX550 does the job just fine.
