It keeps freezing and stuttering so badly to the point it’s frustrating to use my pc and games are unplayable

Why is it doing this?

At first Fortnite was the only thing doing this and loading a a game of Fortnite was the cause

Then I would reset my pc and it would be back to normal

And all other games ran fine

Then I tried rust

Same thing

Not only that, I’ve recently been experiencing just random crashes
