Only Discord, Steam, Xbox, and my web browser (Brave) were open, along with my AMD software for monitoring temps. When I rebooted, I got another reliability report, and more interestingly, a prompt to report the latest crash, and it auto-selected SmartAccess memory. Does this narrow it down to RAM issues?

The best thing is to just get a mobo with bios flashback, or go for a diff cpu (most of 14th gen is very similar to 13th, with the exception of 14700k)

B760m pg riptide wifi is a better mobo anyways, and has flashback

14+1+1 on the riptide, asus being asus doesn't actually list the vrm specs on their website

But it looks to throttle with a 12700k, which means they're far worse than 14+1+1

Mini led IPS and OLED are panel types

IPS is the standard, Mini led will be a bit worse for competitive gaming but has much nicer colors

just ground yourself on the case or psu every few minutes and avoid shuffling around
you can plug in the psu with the switch off, and that will connect the psu chassis to ground, so touching it should be able to get you grounded well enough
