My brothers pc just randomly shut off yesterday, it won't turn back on today and nothing is lighting up besides one single adapter he has plugged in. He has a rx6600, ryzen 3600, and I think around 5-600w psu.

I thought maybe too much power was being pulled so it shut off but it won't turn back on

Imo first one is most likely, but I'd need to know what model power supply, if it's a lower end model it's more likely, if it's good quality I'd consider other things first

Lol installed the CPU wrong and 3 days after I picked it up I took it back to Micro center just for them to charge me to resocket the CPU. The motherboard is the most barebones one in existence so the only way to update the bios is to use an older model CPU, like a Ryzen 2000 model
