Someone give this person a medal
Lol thanks for the love. I founded a charity to give them to disabled vets and disabled first responders. This is literally all I do. Im permanently disabled myself, so I needed an outlet. It became a charity.
I still try to prevent recipients from seeing them before they receive it, so that's why I've never streamed the build process.
you could record it
then put it on youtube after they get it
even seeing their face with them receiving it would be cool
@vivid quartz
I do live reveals and also unboxings of the final builds on YouTube and Twitch
We lost a ton of content due to the takedown a few months back.
@fair ether
We also have testimonials up as well
nice
i'll look into it
this kind of stuff is fun to watch

should ask in #building-and-recc-chat
After seeing everyone else's builds, I'm kind of intimidated, but I have a $130 build if I can even call it a build
Nice wallpaper.

Iโve taken photos of my setup before but I just like how this one looks lol
so clean
My setup. Cable management needs work. I don't have fancy lights everywhere. It didn't cost more than my truck. It gets dirty. It's in my garage. It's used 10-12 hours daily. But... it's mine. I worked hard to build this from nothing and I am truly proud of it!
you should be thats awesome @vivid quartz
Thanks bud. Here's the inside.
dont have much to say except clean and you made the colors correspond to one another the backplate is

how long do you think that will take you to build
Not to long my friend who built his helping me the longest is going to be the wire and setting up
Cause I want to get the wires neat so I donโt block air flow
getting the wires so it starts is a pain on intel, got to be just right
one wire in the wrong wat around and your scratching your head, lol
My parents work at school so with get windows 10 free from the school district so thatโs good
Let's take chatter to #building-and-recc-chat
Ok
ok cool
@opaque peak dont worry to much about blocking airflow with a bundle of wires while you can its goona look like a total rats nest long before you significantly impinge on airflow. But i think pretty much everyone wants it to look somewhat tidy as it can
Okay can someone give me some advice/help, My EVGA AIO 240 MM radiator has a 3 pin but the cpu fan header is a 4 pin. I have the connector on the right 3 like the manual said to
I'm looking to up my gaming and go back to pc. I want to spend less than 2k and I have no problem building it myself and wanted some feedback on this build
But when i boot up my pc half the time the radiator fans dont turn on, Is there a simple fix to this?
Also ignore the little noctua fan that is ziptied to cool the headsink
let's move to #building-and-recc-chat for questions/etc
You donโt neeed the windows 10 thing

First build :). Ryzen 7 3800X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super, MSI X570 Gaming Plus MB, 32 GB Trident Z Royal 3600mhz. I want to get new silent fans that are rgb but I have no idea what to get
Test bench vibes
Budget build I made for my birthday โบ๏ธ looking forward to future upgrades
Iโm new to this shit, whatโs cable management?
Sorry for spam
The verge instruction unclear, ended off with this
Changed up my PC a bit to go with my new background
I had to rearrange my setup after someone wanting to buy my desk turned down the deal
Just waiting on AMD 4000 and Nvidia 3000 series
Back in the Enthoo until I can pick up a define 7. Getting ready to move so I have to be patient unfortunately ๐ฌ freed up my bench as well to hopefully fix the broken cards I have. Will run zmt/soft tubing going forward on my daily rig. Hard tubing for a show piece only. Too much of a hassle to continue dealing with it, especially when you're upgrading more often than not.

Went to a Family fun park today and they had a vr game with the rigs out on display. I live a sheltered life, lol, first time Iโve seen something like this. I tried VR in its infancy in the late 90s on a trip to Canada and it was nothing like this.
My mud room turned into a VR Man Cave!
Fixed the fan cable going over the motherboard. Shoved that right in the back. No cables running over now!
