There are a ton of specialty printers, but depending on your budget they might be a bit to much, the next thing I'd reccomend is looking at some of the qiditech printers, they're all enclosed to help with chamber heating and stop warping and some of them come with direct drive all metal high temp hot swappable extruders and with great quality at a pretty good price, the only thing is they're not open source so if they do happen to break parts might have a bit of a markup.
But buying something that already does what you need is going to be much better and easier then modding would be, even if you're not the one doing the mods.

idk, Apple is at the forefront of slightly screwing people over with each passing generation like getting rid of the aux port and not providing charging cables and wired earphones with new phones. their bottom line is more important to them than the increased cost to customers and the increased amount of packaging to ship those extra accessories. pretty soon they won't add a port for charging your phone and you'll have to use the more inefficient wireless charging dock that draws electricity even when it's not charging a device.

That's an oled thing, that's why there's hardly ever oled monitors
