I'd go AMD if you can find any stock. The only reason I'd go Intel is if you cant find AMD stock or know how to OC extremely well and like very high refresh rate stuff

its not really that hard tbh, you just have to go through the windows installation steps and when you get to the partition screen, click delete or format drive and install windows onto it

you have to use this link ^ and download it onto a flash drive, once you do that you have to boot onto the flashdrive and follow said steps
and if your bios doesnt work download the latest version of your bios on a different computer, then put the usb in the bios flash port on the back of your computer and it should repair your bios

The hard drives look like standard sata drives, if you own the PC already, check for SATA ports, there should be enough for the two drives.
They generally don't list the board and/or the number of SATA ports, so it's hard to check beforehand
But, virtually all modern boards have like 4 SATA ports
