i gotten mine replaced once and best buy gave me this defective thing that long ago. soon as i got it the screen colors were more yellow than normal. the entire time i have had this phone when it gets cold from being outside with me the screen will get grey and have dark likes going all the way along it. when the brightness is turned all the way down the phone screen had no decent color, turn it all the way up and you still can hardly see it when outside

I bought a amd gpu in june of last year, and it gave me issues from the very start of using it. Black screen crashes drivers uninstalling mid game leading to more crashes ect. I bought it open box, but paid for the likewize insurance because of saw the no returns message when checking out.
I toughed it out and tried to keep fixing it up untill like 3 months ago where I spent another 600 dollars on RTX card to replace. No issues since computer runs perfect. Likewize is giving me the run around and I feel stuck
Is there anything newegg will do in this situation, I contacted the Manufacturer which they told me the warranty period is over which is crazy unless I bought a 3 year old card from newegg which is crazy

Insurance’s job is to get out of paying for anything. A lot of their coverage doesn’t do much for desktop pcs. Often everyone would just point you to the manufacturer. It is very possible it could be an older card since it was open box and not purchased new.

Drivers uninstalling themself doesn’t sound right to me, perhaps the pc is rebooting into safe mode without the drivers after a problem is detected?

Someone from another server reacted to a message I said and I clicked it from notifications (it was the welcome channel) but I could not find a way for the mobile discord app to take me directly to this server.

So in short, don't let Windows update touch your GPU drivers if you can at all help it

DDU has a feature that can stop Windows from doing that too
