Kinda sorta. Some analysis stuff is nice, lot of the optimization recommendations is not really possible or unrelated to the point of X thing being bad (Lumen, Nanite, temporal stuff, etc). Heck even some of analysis tests arent good, like their Nanite testing (they did nanite+traditional rendering for the scene, that's bad. You fully commit to one or the other, else you lose perf) (but I can also give TI mild pass cuz that info isnt actually well documented in UE, along with a lot of other very useful info on proper usage of other things).
