I did a DDU to go back to a previous driver after updating and getting a ton of freezing

then it came back so I updated to a new driver

and now it is back again

Just change once, and roll with it

Run full hdr on or off if you can

The less the screen goes black (driver pausing and restarting) the far more stable the drivers will be

But then I would say, assuming you have 2 ram sticks, take one out. Try to turn it on and give it a bit to boot. If it doesn't, swap the ram sticks and do it again. It can take a while when you move ram around cause it relearns the ram or somethin. Shouldn't take more than like 10 min but longer than your normal boot time
