yes you'll be able to add more ram, it's best to keep the modules as similar as possible to the point in which getting the same make and model would be best, if not then the voltage, frequency and timings will be set to default by the motherboard and you'll have to manually set them to match on your own

That depends on the board, but most of the time, 2 slots -> 64gb max with 32gb per stick, 4 slots -> 128gb max with 32gb per stick

I cant seem to access my Bios at all for some odd reason.
I tried restarting and mashing the F2/Delete key, no bueno.
I tried doing Shift+Restart and go in Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings, nothing either.
I have a Asus B550F Motherboard
Legit the only time I saw my bios was when I built the PC

The I couldn't get into the motherboard bios is because my graphics card (1070) was outputting to screens via displayport 1.4, but the firmware of the card could only output via displayport 1.3. This meant that there was no graphical output until Windows loaded, which had the appropriate display adapter to output to displayport 1.4.
Nvidia has a tool you can download to check and update the firmware on your graphics card, and enable you to enter bios (it worked for me), here is the link to the tool:

If you want to check without using the tool, connect to a monitor via HDMI (or DVI if you have that port) and see if you can access the bios, if you can, then the issue is the firmware of your GPU, and you should update it.
This will only work if you have a graphics card in the "Supported Products" part of the page, and the firmware is not updated.
