I didn't want to go to a 3080 or 3090 due to power supply requirements. My current power supply will handle the 3070 with ease. I may leave my rx5500xt in it as well for a while. I mine in the background while i work. just turn them off when I wanna play a game.

When overclocking a GPU wth MSI Afterburner. I have a Vanilla Nvidia 2070 and its saying that my limiter is Power. Does that mean I need a bigger PSU for it? Curious more than anything.

No that means the card is using all of the power that the vbios is allowing it to use. There's a standard limit set by the manufacturer, and you can raise it a certain amount they allow.

Yea pick anything you can afford is my advice. That way even if you don't get the card you wanted you can still get a card. Granted if you already have a nice card for obvious reasons dont pick anything thats not an upgrade
