Not an inspo pic but I can give some tips. Use terraforming to your advantage, make sure to make loads of rivers and waterfalls to create the natural look that you’re going for, use path codes and USE PATH BORDERSSSSSXXDS, Try to curve the edges of hills so that it doesn’t look blocky. And finally, the “natural theme” is uneven, overgrown and messy but in a very aesthetically pleasing way, so make sure you don’t try to force the natural vibe too much or else it might look kinda weird.

@gray beacon imperial stuff, bamboo stuff, the soldier statue, and other items that might suggest peace/zen. I think the space idea is neat. Some people have done that before so you could find inspiration. You could even make different sections on your island to be a different planet with villagers as the aliens 😄

No, to flatten, start one square from the side you want to flatten, then work a spiral in, until you reach the center. Then work outwards with the stuff you left. This keeps you from having to double smack cliff pieces you want flattened.

Also I have another option which I recommend to everyone, for a practical use: pipes at the very top-left and top-right, by the beach. That way you can loop your beaches efficiently while fishing without doubling back on yourself, crossing over waters you just fished again very soon.

I'd add trees, fences or outdoor furniture against the sides of the cliffs so it doesn't look too bare and to add some height variety. Also some breaks in the fencing with shrubs, stunted trees etc.

If that's a land bridge we see at the bottom of the screen, I'd say the patterns, as they will actually cover the whole surface of the cliffs and in my opinion that would look better. Otherwise, depends on what you're putting on top honestly.

Popping in to say if you connect the pond to a river/waterfall it won't be considered a still water pond in game. It won't generate pond species of fish. May or may not matter for your needs
