how do people prioritize what patterns to save and not just constantly run out of slots / have to redo things when you replace patterns 🥲 i feel like i see so many cute patterns i want to use but my storage is always full

I try to find very versatile patterns, for example I only have 2 types of leaves, instead of the 10 ish I had before. Most of the time it's barely noticeable so I'm able to cut down on designs like that. Also, pick your paths wisely! I use 2 types of "the path" and mix them together which already takes a lot of my slots - but to compensate, I don't use many simple panel designs

Basically, you just have to be smart about your design choices and think if you'll really use that design all over the island. There's only a few exceptions to this rule - if you really need a certain design and you'll only use it once it's fine as long as it can't be replaced with something else that'll be used more and has the same effect

I would connect the eye to the forehead like in the reference for more accuracy, and maybe try a toned down line on the neck using a dark grey so you still have the details without it looking like a whole mush of lines sort of. Also possibly scribbles under the design to make it look like something is written if the words are part of the design

It has to be the exact title. It doesn't go by keyword search. So the way they have 'Moss Path Low right', you would of had to typed it that exact same way for it to pop up(not upper/lower case sensitive)

You should be able to use the criteria search function in the custom design portal to find this pretty easily (see images for reference)

Just type it exactly as it's written (stone pavement) in the "Custom Design Name" field, leave the "Type" blank, and hit search! If the design is still posted, it'll be there

that's okay! if you find that one in particular, you'll see both the design code and the creator code! So you'll have the creator code and then just use it to find the others :)

to save time for stuff like that, i typically like to find that one, then add it to my favorites. because then you can just open the "favorite search" and you won't have to type in anything. You just open that creator code, and it'll show you all their designs
