@honest nymph let me know if you find anything I've had trouble with that too. There is a creator who did paths to match the castle pieces something "fodlan". But I wanted a path with a rough edge and theirs are straight edged. I ended up using one of two that I posted a few days ago in here but still interested what you go with for a panel. 7608-5675-5324 is the creator of the paths though I'm going to look again. Edit - not sure anything in that code would work, there's a couple of "potential" ones though one with a window

it uses the color palettes from ACNL to do it! in ACNL you would share designs using QR codes, so there's a couple websites that combined that with image converters. idk if there's more but these two have it! acislove and acpatterns (check pins for direct links)

You can't get rid of the gap to my knowledge. But you can round the corner, but it needs to be a minimum 2x2. Then you'd go up to the corner and click again to round it. Try #island-designs they might have more advice

The easy way would be to go to acpatterns dot com and upload the image, it will give you a qr code
