it's a DIY recipe! they're called "glow-in-the-dark" stickers. I suggest hunting for them via nookazon or in #diy-trade since you'll need multiple to use them within your island

Huh that’s strange. I redid my New Leaf town on a new file. My old one which didn’t have custom designs didn’t get corrupted but my new one with them did so that’s why I assumed it was the custom codes.

if you traded w/ people they couldve given you a seeded item/hacked item. Those were the most common sources of file corruption back in the New Leaf days LOL.
i was obsessed w/ trading and new leaf, which is why i remember
Back then they were able to hack more freely due to things like Action Replay. With the switch, it's less likely it bugs out.

I didn’t trade with anyone on New Leaf but the hacked items definitely makes sense. Hopefully there’s none of that in New Horizons and it’s safer to use them.

those were the only borders i found in terms of flowers 😭 you may want to do your own dig in that case or switch to paths.

it just really depends on what you use em for. I've seen a lot of folks use them for bookcases, fences, mini fairy doors, etc. Essentially any pattern that you can use with the larger ones, you can with the small ones.

it's very difficult to use a two-pattern path only, but if you must, you can take a path like this and use only these two pieces. The problem is that you cannot do any turns or edges if you use two pieces only.

yeah you have to put "ACNH" and then "[thing you want]" if you put "custom design" it won't know to look for animal crossing. That's why "ACNH" is important. So "ACNH stone path" will work better than "stone path custom design"

Can't you use the yacht item? it'll probably save you pattern slot spaces too. if not i can take a look, but the boat not making space in the water is difficult, you may have to use a pattern with the boat embedded into the water if that's the case.

Most of the amazing designs are from Japanese players and/or just folks who have a skill in art. LOL. If you don't have an eye for art you can't get better, I say start copying from other designers when they have "how to" videos.

"[thing you want] tutorial ACNH" brings up a lot of design tutorials so I just suggest making a bunch and getting better from there.

oh hmm that's a good question. I dont think there's anything specific, so you'll have to try all wood paths until you find something that does! Given That note though I'd suggest looking up "ACNH Wood path" and just finding codes that match the storefront color you have.

Yeah on pinterest type in "ACNH Cottagecore Path" or "ACNH fairycore path" or "ACNH dirt path"

if you dont have a pinterest you can also do this on google but i'd reccomend pinterest since the patterns are a lot prettier there. Both work about the same tbh. Pinterest is just a lot more organized and you find random gems there.

Thanks, I'm going with this one for the time being, as although it's very leafy there is no beige stuff between the bricks. The white fuzz around the mouth is also the same color as the hat and the inner part of the shirt

The rest is a bit obvious from there
