Every time in the last 7 months turnip prices led to a decrease, it had a fluctuation week immediately after despite everything saying there was a 45 percent chance for a large spike. Once it decreased, and fluctuated for two weeks after while my sorry behind filled my entire island with turnips. The next two weeks after those two weeks of fluctuations? Two large spikes back to back. A 5 percent chance occurrence after two back to back fluctuation weeks.
