So, I have a new desk I bought a few months ago. It came with a cup and headset holders you can attach to it, really cool. Unofrtunately, one of my guests duraing my birthday party a week ago broke the headset holder. A few days ago, I contacted the manufacturer and asked if they could send me a replacement. Guy replied with "Sorry, we don't sell spare parts" and I'm like, bro, you make them

They literally come with each desk and the customer has to screw them in himself

As someone who studied and worked customer support in business school and has a degree in retail management, I find this to be a bad, bad com move

Anyway, just wanted to share that since I feel like it's odd

There’s not a website for the desk brand you can check out to make sure you can’t try to order the part that you need? I kinda ran across the same issue with my desk. It’s one of those desks that can go up and down and the wire that connected the up/down buttons broke recently (it can’t be covered by the warranty since it got yanked out somehow unfortunately), but I can order the part for it on the manufacturer website for like $25

That’s weird that they apparently can’t sell you the headset holder, maybe that person didn’t know what he was talking about. Maybe you can try calling again and see if you get a different response from another person

You can actually make a profit like that. You can buy your native fruit at nook's cranny for 400 bells a piece and sell it for 500 on someone else's island. Then you buy their native fruit and sell it on yours when you come back
