IIRC it's just a 50% chance that the camper is a personality you don't have, and 50% that they are one you already have, so getting rid of one wouldn't do anything

Well but that chance does go up the more diverse your personalities are. Cuz If you have 4 of the 8 personalities, then that "missing" value is 50% divided by 4 possibilities. But if you had 9 of the 10, that means that 50% is just 1 thing

You either have to wait for them to moveout or, if you have an ammibo card, you can bring a villager to your campsite. If you do 3 DIY projects for them, they will ask who will move out so they can take their place. You select the villager you want to move out, and done. I hope this helped!

Yes, at any time you can go and "suggest a remodel" to any of the once you've already decorated. You can do this by talking to Niko on the dock and traveling to the vacation home you want to redecorate and talk to the villager once you're there. You can use whatever things you've learned/unlocked at the moment you're redecorating.

No, but you can know from other reasons:
If there are less than 5 wasp nests still present in the trees of your island, some more will be generated at 5AM until there are 5 of them in total. They will stay in place as long as you don't shake them down. If you have only 5 trees on your island, you can be sure they'll be inside those. Or you could force-close the game when you shake one down, to reset to before you shook it down, and it'll still be in there with you knowing it

Reporting the outfit only removes all the gifted clothes the villager is wearing at the moment of reporting. Villagers also have some other default outfits such as workout or rain gear that can't be removed AFAIK

Turnips spoiling yes but I usually like to mention... Don't time travel backward if you have a villager in ANY stage of moving in or out. The game likes to get a little wonky sometimes if that's the case.

im trying to time travel forward to get a villager to move out and after i do that i wanted to time travel back since i like having my game accompanying my real time. would that still make the game wonky

No thats fine. It's hard to explain, but the game doesn't care if your villager was moving out on say July 2nd, so you can pass back through that day no problem, but just make sure the villager has moved fully in our out before you go backward

It can happen, as the max chance of the game choosing a villager to ask to leave is 80%
And this is without accounting the times there is a villager chosen by the game to think about leaving that isn't outside when you check

since points carry over between fishing/bug catching tournaments, does that mean you only get the 100/200/300 point rewards once?

interesting, i guess that means i don't need to worry about getting all 300 points today at least

fishing feels a lot harder to get points for than bug catching, since i could do the 300 in a few hours for bugs but am struggling to reach 100 for fish

Up to 6 can be on your island, if there are less, one will spawn somewhere random each day

For those, one spawns randomly each day near one of the rocks, but you can get more by striking the rocks with your shovel or axe
