on your island they'll start crafting for 3 hours straight when you log in (granted that all villagers are awake)
If you're still playing after the 3 hours, another one will start crafting for another 3 hours; if you're not playing anymore a new one will start crafting for 3 hours starting the moment you log in again
And the cycle repeats until 3 different villagers crafted that day

there's really no fast way to gain nook miles points fast. Focus on the daily tasks, try advancing the achievements you already unlocked (or find new ones) and maintain the daily access bonus at the Nook Stop in residents service

If you finish all furniture the game autofills the plots, so it might be too late

If I understood correctly that you both have your own switches now - you both can have your own islands, even without buying another copy. You just have to register the account that bought ACNH on the new Switch, then download it (no additional payment needed). AFAIK the only limiting factor will be that the game can't be open on both consoles at once

If the bells are placed on the ground on your island, you can time travel if you’re waiting for something to finish building on your island so you can resume working on your island. You just have to wait the 2 hours for that someone to come and claim their prize

So basically. If you are to lazy to get things in-game yourself you can go to one. On one of those islands there is every item in the game. Some are older. Some islands have newer items and villagers. However. I don't suggest you go over to one. As it can ruin your experience. If you sell turnips on that island then you get max bells aswell.

That was due to an early misunderstanding of the dataminers about a certain value regarding fishes: they though it was indicating fishes having a higher spawn rate during rain, while it was in fact just used to define how the character player holds them towards the camera

Like if I plant trees, then skip 6 months ahead... I think they would just have 1 day worth of growth because the game only really progressed "one" day

Well not really? I think about it as Isabelle reading her announcements. For example. If I pay off a bridge, and then go back 2 years, the bridge will still be "paid off and waiting" until "Isabelle reads her announcements"

So I'd need to trigger her announcements by then going forward one day after I've gone backward

I don't think it'll be very impactful. Time Travel in ACNH is far less impactful than in previous games. The only thing that would happen... is maybe weeds? But you've got beautiful ordinance so you shouldn't have any issue

Just don't do it while you've got villagers in any stage of moving in or out. That's my only advice for time travel lol

Maybe you're having bad luck. As long as she it's not the most recent one and she wasn't the last one you told to not leave, she can ask. You can try to increase your chances by having a house moving plot in your pockets of another villager

If you select to deposit the max amount, you may think it's only depositing the amount from the wallet (the number in the lower left of your inventory), whereas what it'll actually do is deposit any money bags in your inventory too
So if you didn't notice that it took your money bags right when you deposited (and it updated the amount), and then you looked for them sometime later, it could've caused you to think the money bags went missing, when really they were already reflected in that amount you last saw
The only way to deposit what's in your wallet in the lower left of your inventory (only) is to type that in manually, and not select to deposit the max amount
Of course if you knew all that, don't mind me, just pointing it out because it seemed like a possible point of confusion/misunderstanding (and because I hadn't heard of a glitch like that)

The game most likely just didn't get to save after you picked up the bells due to the communication error - if that happens, both of you reset to the point of the last save, so your friend should still have the bells

.t campkick / This is the part of the dialogue where she decides who to move out randomly, if you were to put “I do,” cause then she’ll list a random villager. Choose “I do” and see who she picks, and if it’s someone you don’t want to move out then close the dialogue as soon as she gives a name, and start the process over again. Note that if a villager is in boxes (if you said Mallary could leave and she’s currently in boxes), then the campsite villager will automatically pick that villager to kick since they’re leaving already

Yes, Blathers will let you know once your fossil collection is complete. You can check to see if you missed any by looking in the fossil exhibit and seeing which your missing from there. You can compare what is on display and what is in your catalogue, and find any you may have not donated like that

I need like an opinion from someone, im debating on restarting my 900 hour completed acnh Island, I've finished just about everything in it and have nothing to do but like I love that island so much its genuinely the most beautiful island I've created throughout all the animal crossing games I've played, but at the same time I want to be able to start fresh and hopefully create something just as beautiful as my current island, so like opinions? 😭

I restarted recently and I enjoy the process of starting over - I like how I have to work for everything again. Personally I enjoyed restarting, but it’s honestly up to you! If you do try a different island style, different villagers, etc!

You’ll need to wait until the plot is open for someone to be able to buy it, but you can invite villagers whenever they’re available on islands!

What do you mean “other paths”? It’s normal for custom designs to be kicked away with the press of Y, but not paths you terraform

Both of my switched are logged into the same Nintendo account, when I create my new island should I create a new profile on my old switch to make my new island? Or can I play on the same profile on each switch since ac data is saved on the switch itself and not the cloud. (I have 1 physical copy of the game if that changes anything)
