No, once you reset your island, all data from that old island is gone, including the villagers on there/the ones in that islands move-out queue. They'll only start getting villagers that are on your new island/voided ones from your new island

If you are talking about duplicating the flowers, you can clone flowers by isolating them from other ones (empty tile all around them, also diagonally) and watering them. Then they have a chance to clone overnight. But like aya said, you can breed two of the same colour too. Figured I'd add just in case ;P

Sadly, due to the randomness involved in rock spawning, placing everywhere stuff preventing rocks from spawning is the only option, and mannequins are easy to remove en-masse when your rocks are where you want them, by deleting/editing the design

Since she's your starter, sounds just like bad RNG. it's mentioned in the guide, but I'll point it out anyways - if you keep a non-target's house moving kit in your inventory, they can't ask to move out, so the chances for your target to get the bubble increase. You can later just cancel the moving of the house and get your bells back

How do I make a new house for villagers?

So once your campsite is constructed, someone will come visit it (If you place the construction kit for it today, in 2 days there'll be a visitor). This visitor has to move in, there's no way to deny them, or change who it is.
After they move in. Tom Nook will basically task you to bring more villagers to the island. From then on he'll start selling plots (10k bells each) - You'll be able to buy a maximum of 4 from him to place down- from then you can start adopting villagers from other players and from mystery islands again.
Just note for these plots, you can only adopt once per in game day from mystery islands but there's no limit from adopting from other players

dropped items means items that you chose to "drop" and not "place" though, so items like placed radios would not count. But if you decorate with dropped fruit, dropped rocks, dropped lost items, yes that might be what you have too much of

I think Isabelle should say something along the lines of "there are many things laying around" rather than complain about cluttering in that case though

high spikes (300+) are actually not that rare, unless you are really unlucky, be sure to follow you turnip prices, twice a day, with an app like turnipprophet to help spot them.
getting above 500 would be a bit rarer but it can definitly happen.
If you search on trading places, you'll nly see high prices, since it's what people advertise, they are not more common than yours, just people who got lucky are posting

If you time travel three days they won't be upset in any way or say things like "where have you been?" Etc.

Question about moving a player to a new island. Will all their items in storage move with them? In game messages aren't 100% clear on that an they don't want to loose anything.

You have to make sure you transfer them, there's a way to do it. I did it when moving all my house and clothes, you have to have both devices and let it move it across. Basically on the title screen press the - key and Tom nook will show up to talk about settings and it'll say "move to new island" which will help transfer your things :)

Disconnecting without leaving the airport will reset other people's session. Others also could lose purchased items and clothing, any learned DIY recipes, and turnips.

If you try to leave with the minus button, if any other player is not ready (they are still in a dialog, menu, etc), a countdown will start. If the blocking players don't quit their menus before it hits zero, everyone will be reset at the airport, wandering NPCs will respawn and villagers crafting will likely interrupt their crafting session. Leaving through the airport will prevent this from happening, as Orville makes sure it is safe for the player to leave

On NMT islands, where the game first picks a species then a specific character, since cats is the species with the most villagers, he's pretty rare
At the campsite, the game will more often give you characters of the personalities you're missing, so if you have no smug he'll have a higher chance of visiting
And as the first camper, his chance is even higher as its necessarily a smug villager

If you have online play, you could ask for resources to build the "story"-related buildings and structures. Otherwise, focus on getting those, e.g. by also going to Nook Mile mystery islands.

Do NOT destroy rocks, and look up how to get the most drops out of them.
Best not chop down trees with an axe, but just knock wood out of it with flimsy or stone axes.

• Is the first camper (6th villager) mandatory?
Yes, the first camper will always be a smug, he will appear the day after the camping is built.
• Do I need an empty plot for campers after the first camper?
If you don't have 10 villagers yet you need to place a plot for the camper to be able to move in.
If you already have 10 the camper will replace a random villager, that will immediately be in boxes once you've agreed.
