They can move in without permission, if you have an empty Move-In Queue and have 9 villagers, there's a 20% chance each new day that the plot will autofill, so it may only take a day, it may take a few weeks

I'd say you're better off earning your own bells. Selling the NMTS actually sells for more than the bell vouchers, if i recall. Also, selling stuff like hot items and crafted food can help. Anytime i have an ingredient, I always craft something with it so it'll sell for more bells.

I'd also look up what recipes have the highest sell price and make only those.
Other things you could sell is golden furniture (if you're not gonna use the gold nuggets for anything), pearls sell for a lot too, if you have a lot of pearls saved up.

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.

If you talk to 9/10 of your villagers, and ignore 1/10 of them, if you tt 15+ days and the thought bubbles start appearing, does that mean that the 1 villager that was ignored will instantly want to leave? Since once you ignore villagers for 15+ days it is randomly selected. Or would it be random, with either them wanting to leave, or simply no villager wanting to leave at all?

you should talk to him at least once yes, though if you want him to have a thought bubble to move out he won't get it as i assume he is still the most recent one to move in (most recent villagers wont ask to moveout). you'd have to use the campsite method or another amiibo to kick them out

You have 6 rocks on your island. You can hit them multiple times very quickly, and get up to 8 materials from each. They'll "refill" the next day, but you can also find rocks on NMT island

Fishy - according to villager furnature replacement guide, clothes they store up to 3, floor furniture resets to default, surface and wall furniture go with them. IDK what you want to reset but they do have a maximum amount of stuff they can hold onto so you can just keep gifting things to them that would be default for them and that would ultimately clear out inventory I think (at least it won't be noticeable)

Well talking to them everyday plus a daily gift should do the trick, like wrapped fruits or veggies for a worth of 750+ is a way to farm for the photo for example.
Bear in mind there are many activities a villager can do now, which might be why you don't get asked on treasure hunt often. At laqunch it used to be more often

Because a character need a minimum of 2 weeks after last one moved out to move out themselves . One month is the optimized time for them to start asking frequently

OK. So if you use the method above, sometimes it can be a bit uncooperative.

1. Be sure you have introduced yourself to all villagers.
2. Do the method, so save tt one month, save (to skip hair animation) then day by day at 1pm.
   If after two weeks of day by day, you don't see any bubble on all the villagers start over. No need to insist. If you do see one just continue day by day

once a week when you have a meteor shower, not all clear nights produce meteor showers (some are auroras) - you can try using meteonook (google it for the app) to log your weather patterns and find your weather seed so you know which nights she's most likely to show up. Even if you have more than one shower per week, she will only come once a week at most.

Question regarding giveaways. It says that not entering a giveaway where you "can't/won't" receive the prize will incur a penalty. Does that still count if the person doesn't get a notification? Well if you or the person don't respond in a timely manner, yes there will be consequences, since you entered or did one, you should be available to be pinged at that moment. And get a bit of time to answer said ping.
If you organise one and the winner don't get a notification it will be rerolled.

Makes sense. Whether it's on purpose or not, a missed deadline is still missed. Been afraid to enter most of the giveaways because I'm not sure if I'll see the notification if I ever actually win or may not have the time (or sub...) to accept it.

Typically the sponsor is supposed to give the winner 24 hours to message them to claim the prize, if the winner doesn't reach out, the sponsor reaches out and gives a further 24 hours. If no contact is made at all, thats when the giveaway team will step in and also try and reach out. Again if no messages are received by the team, the stings will be given, or if the person decides they don't want the prize anymore.

The prize doesn't have to actually be delivered within that time, all thats important is establishing contact and organising when the prize delivery/collection is best for both the parties involved
