yes, so if you got rid of all the none fruit trees, and replanted them, they'd eventually be repopulated.

5 wasp trees fill first
then the 2 furniture
then the 15 bell trees

So if you want to organise to keep them separate, plant 5 let them grow, they'll be the wasp trees. Plant 2 let em grow, they'll be furniture, then the last 15 will be bell trees. However if you shake them all, it will become randomised which ones will fill with the stuff (same goes for if you plant them all at once, or plant more than the 22 non-fruit trees and shake em)

It's best to ask the host of the yard sale to see exactly what they want you doing and how they're running it. Some you pay an entry fee and take as much as you want. Some charge for set amounts for a certain number of things taken ect

Basically I got a new switch and one of my accounts has online so it was easy to transfer the data but I’m worried because my animal crossing island had 2 additional accounts that do not have online. I had no problems at all transfering my island to another switch. I recommend buying the Island Transfer tool, and make sure your nintendo account is memorized, all your account data and game downloads should be there too!

Not directly. You have invite the target client as a roommate, which will delete their vacation home. Then you would have to separate the roommate pair, and the target will ask you to build them a vacation home again from scratch.

I know you can get certain items from Brewster when ordering coffee while seated, and eventually he says you can order to-go coffee while standing from the side.

Does ordering from the side like this still get you increased friendship with Brewster / does it get you these additional event items too?

Unsure about Brewster's friendship, but it does not get you the daily coffee rewards. You need to get sit down coffee for those

Oh okay so for Brewster's friendship (which by that I think you're talking about the way his dialogue changes the more you visit him?) you need to sit down for that as well -- takeout coffee won't change his greeting because it doesn't increment the internal counter for neither the rewards or his greeting.
