Okay so, a really long time ago, we talking months, I managed to get Merry from the campsite to agree to come to my island once someone moved out, and by the time some one had moved out, I invited another villager into the slot through nookazon, and that has been a cycle for like 3 villagers. So I really want Merry (who I asked from the tent to come to my island) but I’m afraid when it autofills it might not remember Merry accepting to come to my island so idk whether to go buy her or see what happens lol

There will be two ways to access the new DLC:
1. Buy it directly from the eShop or Nintendo's website. Doing this means you will be able to access the full DLC content forever.
2. Buy an NSO+EP subscription: you'll have access to the DLC as long as the subscription is active... but you'll lose access to it as soon as the sub ends. You will lose access to the archipelago, but you do retain anything you earned while playing the DLC, such as furniture items, techniques, etc.

Now I’m getting another switch and I want animal crossing on that as well as using the same profile with the same Nintendo account. If I do that will I have to re buy the game and say if I only have to redownload it (because I have it digitally in my main) will the progress from my main be on the new switch as well? Or it’s a new island? And will it affect my main game on my main switch?

@shut jungle i know you were one of the people that tried to help me with my issue of my villagers not asking to leave for forever. I wanted to let you know i fixed it in case anyone else has this problem. However i dont know which idea i had that fixed it.
My villagers were not asking to leave at all. I tried time traveling to kick Dierdre for 4 days straight.
I just 1) Archived my game and re-installed the game. and 2) Made a new profile and new character, ran around and spoke to everyone on my island then switched, and my villager Bam IMMEDIATELY asked to move out

Nope, every player can kick villagers out! That's why there's this method when second player accidentally say yes to villager ask to move out, your main player can be asked again by that villager and can stop the villager to move out

If you try to leave with the minus button, if any other player is not ready (they are still in a dialog, menu, etc), a countdown will start. If the blocking players don't quit their menus before it hits zero, everyone will be reset at the airport, wandering NPCs will respawn and villagers crafting will likely interrupt their crafting session. Leaving through the airport will prevent this from happening, as Orville makes sure it is safe for the player to leave.

• My friendship level is definitely Lv5+ but the villager did not give me their photo, why? RNG. It is random chance to receive a photo after gifting them, it's not guaranteed.
• How do I get the different frames of the photo? Use a customization kit; it only costs 1 kit.
