Try resetting your internet router, its likely a NAT type error, but best thing to do is google the error code that comes up along with "nintendo switch" to be directed to nintendos support page which will have more information on how to attempt to fix the error

unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to either buy new joycons, or purchase a replacement joystick. I had the same thing, and there are joycon joystick replacement kits for fairly cheap on amazon that i used. mine didnt come with any instructions, so i followed a tutorial on youtube. hope this helps!

The best trick is to have your net ready, shake trees from the front until a wasp nest falls, then as soon as you regain control, since your character automatically faces the wasps, swing your net to catch them

I don't believe there's a way other than counting it. You can go through your critterpedia and count all the fish, bugs, and sea creatures that have the donated logo on it, and as for the art/fossils you may have to just count those in the rooms individually and tally up the total amount.

If you stay in the same day then your plot will remain open and you can hunt longer

Keep in mind when you have an open plot and it passed midnight you have to change back to the date as well
