find a glowing golden spot on the ground. Dig it with a shovel, you get 1000 bells. Then take 10,000 out of your wallet and bury it. it will turn into a tree.

when the tree is done growing, it will have money growing on it and you can shake the tree.

I'm not certain what you're asking. But for clarity purposes:
If you mean your system's internal clock, meaning you went to the settings and manually changed it yourself to some distant time that is not the actual current time, maybe. It depends on how far you time travel, there might be weeds.

If the time/date in the lower corner is listed as some distant time that is not the actual current time, then no. That has absolutely nothing to do with gameplay. It's just a timestamp telling you when the game was last backed up. In fact, it may not even bother looking at your system's internal clock to determine this, it may just take from the current time when it connects to the internet.

You do not need to change your system clock to match the date/time listed in the lower corner of the title screen for it to back up properly.

I only have 3 bugs left to catch for my critterpedia and it's the Horned Herucles, Giraffe Stag, Golden Stag. i'm on the northern hemisphere, and it's 11:37pm but I can't get any of them to appear, only the ones I already have, is there a secret like, only have so many palm trees, chop them down to have stumps or what?

The best way I found to hunt them is keeping only palm tree on mystery islands (nmt island) and chasing anything that isn't it. The mystery island are locked to the time you go in, so you can hunt as long as you need there, though if the month changes so will the critters (ie if you go in June 30th at 11pm, within one hours you'll find the July bugs of 11pm)

the way the game works, is it fills the 5 wasps first, then the two items, then it will fill 15 (or less if you have less) trees with the 100 bells, so there should always be 5 wasp nests unless they cannot spawn - which only happens if the trees are still filled with something

I'm 99.99% sure this was because near the release of swimming, if you caught the scallop close to the floating buoys border, he wouldn't spawn as he didn't have enough space, but this was changed/fixed in a later update and I'm confident he always spawns on the first catch now
