Normally it's only one per account. If you want more, launch the game with a different account, though only 1 bottle can exist at a time so you need to pick the first one for a second to appear, etc.
I think there is or was a glitch that allowed for a second bottle to appear even if you don't have multiple accounts living on the island, especially on event days, but idk if it has been patched, and if not it stays extremely rare, I only experienced it twice or thrice last year

I don't know a whole lot about the trees part, but the best way to find out how many flowers you have would be to WALK through your flowers and pick them all then count how many are in your inventory, now that will only work for one you can pick, so if there are just buds or the beginnings you'll have to find a way to mark them down in like a text document or something, but at the end you end up with an island full of plucked flowers...

You can only have one dream address at a time, if you save it again it overrides the first one. The only way to work around it is to reset your island, in which case you'll have a different dream address when you upload this new island, and the old dream address will still be different and accessible

backed up save data is only accessible by Nintendo, you'd have to do an island transfer to move your island but you need to send it to another switch

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
