The only mannequins in the game are the basic ones that appear when you go to place items of clothing on the ground. There aren't full body dressable mannequins in New Horizons, but there were in New Leaf, that may be where the confusing information is coming from.

if you’re asking where to redeem the custom designs, you go to your ables and access the kiosk in that mirror looking thing near the fitting room. you must have nintendo online in order to do that. put the code of the sign and save it in α custom design slot

to get the actual signs, it’s called the plain wooden shop sign and you can trade for it in #furniture-trade or #diy-trade since it’s α diy recipe.

Ah okay, I have some bad news then, it's probably just bad RNG. To help your cause, you may consider:

• telling a villager "no" (it will remove them from villagers that can ask to move out)
• keeping a different villager's house relocation kit in your pocket (will also prevent them from asking, and you can just give the kit back after coach has asked)

i would suggest hitting him to lower friendship points, but it would be pretty futile if you were at a friendship level threshold. you could try it anyways tho

I have a lengthy gardening question. I have yet to get orange roses from my red/yellow seeds in almost 6 weeks. I have even increased from the recommended 1 to 3 breeding pairs. They are only producing reds and yellows, even though orange is supposed to be a 50% chance. I need the orange for my path to blue with the J-Master method. I read somewhere else that a black rose breed with yellow seeds has a 100% chance to produce orange. Is this true, and will they be suitable to breed with my hybrid purples I get from the 2nd tier purple hybrids? I have 4 black roses and no orange at this point. I am also considering switching to the Asteration method to get to blue, since the orange roses just aren’t happening and i have 3 purple from the white/white seeds ready to go.

From the info you gave, the reds and yellows you are using to make orange, there is something there that is not a seed red or yellow. seed red and yellow are only capable of making yellow and orange, at a 50/50 chance. As for the thing about the black roses, if made from seed reds, they will produce orange 100% of the time when bred with seed yellow, and is also viable for use in the method you are using, since it’s the same genotype as the ones from seed red and yellow.

Maybe its only yellow I’ve been getting, just know orange is not happening. all my roses have come from seeds i bought from leif or the nook shop so my black roses came from breeding two red seed.

It really depends how you define rare. Golden nuggets and pearls since they have a 1% chance of spawning. Redd's statues since they have a lower chance to appear in his boat.

Not sure if it would work. You need to leave at least one tile space between the airport and the bridge and your plaza might be too close. Try to mark with paths the space you need and see if works

Nintendo started time-locking event and nook shopping seasonal items of past years, so not, currently if you were to set your time to early 2020 no more events would occur and no on that year until July because that's up until that point that they time-locked things for the moment. It's likely they'll continue to do the same with newer updates

My wife’s resident is our island’s primary resident. But the villagers always ask my resident if they should move out. If i say yes will they move out or is it only the primary that can make that happen?

both can make someone move out, but it does not take the two of you. I think the only quirk that it has is that that one can “cancel” a villager moving out by saying no when asked if the other told the villager yes to moving out.

I don’t believe the rusted parts matter, just that you need to have actually given the 5 lost parts that gulliver asks for to him. to be safe I’d make sure you’ve received 30 items, because that would guarantee that you did help him

there is one! the fruit on that one is your sister fruit, and unfortunately that and your native fruit are the only ones that appear on an island

yes, but then you will later on have to collect stuff for 3 houses. you can’t pick the villagers for that, though. they will autofill eventually. when you unlock the campsite, talk to tom nook about selling selling land. you can buy empty plots and invite villagers as long as the land is still open.
