as far as i know, no one has ever been banned for duping. Duped items are the same as regular items and duping is exploiting glitches which is definitely not the same as hacking, you should be fine ^^

It's just about luck. Your black roses already have golden rose flag if they have been watered with golden can so it's waiting game now. You actually don't need to plant them in chessboard for them to produce golden rose. One single black rose can produce one golden rose. Maybe you can go to #player-services to ask other players to water them for you

• Caps (not helmets): Caps in the game are tagged either as free or womanly. Male villagers will only use caps tagged as free and gifting them 24 womanly caps will replace other caps from their storage. Since female villagers can use both types of caps, the only way to remove them is when they approach you to sell/gift/trade in the item. the mechanic is : 1/35 chance to find X species, then it rolls for a villager. if you have many ducks on your islands you'd find the other ducks more easily since there is less duck to choose from if that makes sense

See I’ve worked so hard to get a 5 star island and get the golden watering can on my own, and I finally have :) but the problem is I’ve watered the black roses I have every day with my golden watering can and no matter how many times I water them I have never gotten a single golden rose :( is there a step I’m missing? What should I do?

1. You don't need to use the golden watering can on black roses every day: only once until they produce a gold rose is enough: black roses keep the gold flag until they produce a gold rose. Also, only the flower on the tile in front of you character will get the gold watering, the 8 others will only get regular watering
2. Like all flower breeding/cloning, the chance of an offspring is dependant of how many online visitors watered your black roses (base is 5% if only you/rain/villagers did it)
3. Even with all this, it's 50% chance to get a gold rose from a black one and 50% chance to get the regular breeding/cloning result

If you plant those on your island they will grow! they will also drop their own bamboo shoots around them which you can dig up in the future to grow as many bamboo trees as you like! you can also dig up the entire tree itself on the island and bring those home with you to plant as well 🙂

If you actually did see the tree growth tag, you’d know that all of them are not growing because they’re too close to the edge of the cliff or waterfall. The bamboo is too close to the cliff, and the cedar trees are too close to the waterfalls

.t replace || iirc, males can only wear clothing items tagged "free", which some dresses aren't, so it depends. thats why raymond will never wear the maid dress aside from when you first give it to him.

• Villagers' gifted clothing can be removed via giving them over 24 wearable clothing items, as 24 is the limit for clothing a villager can hold.
• Accessories: can be replaced by gifting them 24 'non-glasses' accessories (Villagers won't wear these, e.g. bubblegum)
• Caps (not helmets): Caps in the game are tagged either as free or womanly. Male villagers will only use caps tagged as free and gifting them 24 womanly caps will replace other caps from their storage. Since female villagers can use both types of caps, the only way to remove them is when they approach you to sell/gift/trade in the item. You seem to be having the same issue as me , I finally got my 6th to spawn after like a week real time.
It looks like you are using one of the standard pathings , have you tried removing that pathing and replacing the tiles with custom design tiles?

for me, it was finding something to work towards, or doing something I enjoyed ingame. in my case, it was mainly flower breeding. but that isn’t the be all end all of it, of course. you find what you like the most or want the most and work at it. of course, that doesn’t have to exist either, not all games are for everyone
